Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Baltimore

A friend and I stayed here for about a month during our work’s busy season and we can’t recommend the house enough. The home itself is very nice and has all the amenities you could need, whether that be in the kitchen, with the bedrooms, or with the living space itself. The house is within walking distances of a lot great restaurants and bars in Eastport, as well as Downtown Annapolis itself, so there is plenty to do. Lastly, the hosts are both responsive and friendly, so if there is anything that you need assistance with don’t hesitate to contact them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and are sure you will too.

Tiffany and her family were very sweet and accommodating. Location was perfect as there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is very cute and cozy, perfect for my family and I.

We loved staying here! It is perfect for a couple. Right in the heart of downtown, CVS around the corner, and so many options for food just in walking distance. We would really recommend Colonial Parking that is located right next to the building or Park America that is only a block away. We loved riding the Lime scooters/bikes as well for anything that was farther than 15 minutes of walking distance and we always found them available. We enjoyed the huge TV in the living room, spacious bathroom, and full-length mirror in the room. The unit is on the first floor and in the back corner which was a nice luxury. The building is super quiet and rarely ran into anyone else on our 3-day stay there. We loved Dominick’s easy instructions and friendly hospitality! We found everything that we could need here, thank you Dominick!

Kourtney was nice and responsive. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and even had lots of water bottles which was really nice. Street parking was super easy. Decent amount of walkable restaurants

I can not believe how amazing this house truly is. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed the tiki bar, the rooftop and, well, everything else. If I am coming back to Baltimore for another event, I will definitely book here again. Thank you

The place was extremely well maintained extremely clean. Everything was there for us to use stock with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. can’t believe it was so nice. He communicated with me very well and was more than willing to provideus with anything that we needed the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Also neighbors was friendly would recommend to anyone who just wants to get away. and another thing we also had pets and the huge backyard was perfect for them. I must say thank you very much.

Really happy to have found this rental. The host was amazing and her home reflected everything on the description. I was hesitant with all of the stairs with toddlers, but it was perfectly fine. Sizing of rooms was great, and each guest essentially had their own restroom. Definitely would recommend for anyone considering travel to this area.

Grace was very polite and considerate. My family felt comfortable in area, and it was close to the Metro. The house was large, well equipped, and nicely decorated; with TV in each room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I made the booking, Meeka was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions promptly and providing valuable insights about the area. Her knowledge of local restaurant recommendations made our trip even more enjoyable! We tried a few she suggested, and each one was fantastic. The house itself looked exactly like the pictures if not better! It was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities were simply incredible everything I could possibly need was right at my fingertips. I had such a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. We've stayed at many Airbnb's, but I have to say this place was the best! We booked a year out due to the location for the Army/Navy game. Looking at the photos and the description of the home we knew it was a perfect fit. Little did we know that it would exceed our expectations! It was decorated beautifully and the kitchen along with all the amenities that were available was awesome. We were 2 couples with husbands that enjoy having a cigar. The man cave was the perfect place for it! They have several air filtration systems to help with the smoke. I have asthma and did fine which was surprising. The "Ladies Lounge" was the cutest and such a great touch. There is also an outdoor shopping mall close by (maybe 2 miles or less) that has some restaurants and even a Costco if needed. I can't say enough about this place. I would definitely come back with an additional 2 couples to fill up the other rooms!

The stay was so beautiful the next door neighbor was very friendly & welcoming !! The house itself was spacious perfect for a family stay. I will definitely book again, the house was close to restaurants, stores like Walmart etc for any essentials !

My wife and I had a great time visiting Northern Virginia. Emanuel is an exceptional host who made sure our stay was pleasant and safe. We will gladly come back if we return to the area.

There are several highlights of Michelle's Airbnb. First of all, it's clean and quiet. I am a light sleeper and very sensitive to noise, dirt, and heat. But I slept quite well and felt safe and comfortable. Second, it is well furnished, equipped, and decorated. Michelle likes gardening and I enjoyed reading and having my breakfast and dinner in the small yard (who can miss the nice weather in Virginia?!). The commute is also easy-I was here for research and it only took me 1 hour to get to Library of Congress by bus and metro. Harris Teeter, CVS, and some good Latino restaurants are also within walking distance. But the biggest highlight is Michelle herself! She is so welcoming and accommodating. Kitchen and pantry are very accessible. She also allowed me to use her TV to watch subscribed channels. I was happy to make friends with her dog Buck. I would say my experience here is beyond my expectation. I felt so much blessed living here. Trust me-you won't regret booking it!

Awesome AirBnb! Was nervous traveling to DC for an extended period of time, but this was a great place to stay! Very comfortable queen size bed in the main bedroom. Twin size futon may not be the most comfortable option for some, but an air mattress is provided incase! Kitchen was very handy and stocked with simple essentials to cook and serve. Felt right at home with clean bathroom and laundry system. Host was responsive and created an accommodating environment to relax. Would definitely stay again if I’m in town!
