We had a great stay here. The common area was nice and spacious for all of us to congregate, and we had plenty of space to spread out in the 4 bedrooms. Bright, airy and spacious.

Great host! Responded to any questions I had about anything. Place was so clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our visit!

Gretchen is the most gracious hostess. Checking in and out was absolutely seamless; Kitchen was very well stocked; and added bonuses of travel size toiletries, a gift basket, and eggs/milk/oj in the fridge for our consumption - all added to the very pleasant stay we had. Our family of eight was in town for a college graduation and the property is 9 minutes away from homewood field. A grocery store right down the street was extremely convenient for a daily walk to the store to pick up fresh breakfast items each morning. Would stay again!

What a beautiful location! If you are looking for bayfront, look no further. The screened in porch area is great too for enjoying being outdoors in the evening or in bad weather. The house felt both roomy and cozy (we had 8 and never felt cramped at all) with plenty of amenities for a getaway. We also really enjoyed the dock for fishing and just enjoying the bay weather. The area is nice too and there are plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Rick and Michelle were very helpful and communicated very well leading up to and during the stay. A great place to stay and highly recommend!

It was a perfect house for us and our adult children and their spouses. It is a beautiful home in a great location. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Trader Joe’s is just a block away. Samir was very quick to respond to our questions. Secure off street parking was a plus. All the basics were in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Full sized products in the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Samir!

The perfect location for your DC family vacation. The house just felt like home. Excellent kitchen. Games for game night and books galore. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Almost everything we went to see was within a 15 min drive. Highly recommend Kaldi Social House for your morning coffee fix or afternoon happy hour.

This house is uncommonly beautiful. There is something in every space worthy of contemplation whether it is coffee table in the living room that has a turn of the century industrial feel to the lacquered kitchen countertop that has sealed in the natural beauty. I spent the weekend in awe of its intricacies. I was in town for a wedding with my family, but noted how the whole house including the outdoor space included everything a beachfront house would have to enjoy an extended summer vacation for the whole family. Outdoor space was well equipped for outdoor activities and entertainment with fire pits, grills, hot tub, a plugin cooler for outdoor use. I only wish we’d been better suited to enjoy every aspect of the amenities provided. My favorite thing about this place was the view of the Chesapeake in all of her glory on full display from the living room window. Delightful.

This rare GEM was found to stay visiting for my daughter’s graduation in Towson University. Bianca was very responsive and flexible. Due to an early check out she allowed us to check-in early and check out later than expected. We really enjoyed the space and it fits right immediately you come in, it feels like home. The places checks off all boxes at an around 10

Humble description for a truly luxurious house. The master bathroom is everything. The AC unit/ system is a dream. So quiet and wonderfully close to everything. Large fenced in backyard- appliances are all next level. It will be hard to go home!

Andrew’s place was a great place for us to stay for a night pacing through. The sunroom and patio space was great.

Merrywell was everything we hoped it would be. It offered a tranquil space to spend time with family and invited us to slow our pace and appreciate the beauty around us. Ellen was a wonderful host and marvelously communicative. She shared her local knowledge of parks, playgrounds, places to eat, and ice cream (two thumbs way up for Prigel Creamery!). Ellen even gave us a tour of the ‘home farm’, where we were introduced to a beautiful foal not yet 24 hours old! If you seek old-world charm and peacefulness, this is the place for you!

Michael's place was perfect for our family vacation. We each had our own room and bathroom and the common rooms were plenty big for all of us. The rooftop was nice to have morning coffee or evening night cap. Visits from the neighbors cat were a special treat. Would recommend Michael's place for a quiet place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

Delz home is basically the best place we have ever stayed as a family. It is beyond 5 stars in every aspect. Delz is very nice and also very generous in many ways. He checked on us every day and relied to our messages instantly!!! There was plenty of high quality bath soap, shampoo, lotion, and everything else. The rooms were extremely clean and very spacious. Our kids wanted to stay longer since the place was very comfortable and nice.

We stayed at this chic Baltimore home while attending a graduation at Hopkins, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was central and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The house itself is beautifully decorated; modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with stylish touches that made it feel like a boutique stay. We were especially touched by the fresh sunflowers upon arrival! The home was well-stocked and offered plenty of sleeping options, and the master bedroom honestly gave us design inspiration for our own. The host clearly thought of every detail and checked in with us at multiple points, always helpful and very responsive. The only thing to note is that the stairs could be a bit tricky if you’re traveling with young children, so just something to be mindful of. Other than that, it was a fantastic stat, we’d absolutely book again!

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

The house was beautiful and clean. The lication was great! Too bad it rain during out stay so we couldn’t enjoy the pool and the backyard. Thank you!

Katie’s place was a wonderful place for a weekend reunion with friends. The house was clean, comfortable and pretty - exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The outdoor garden and pool were lovely and had lots of comfortable seating areas. The house was an easy drive to Annapolis for restaurants and shopping but had a great movie watching set up that would be great for a rainy day. Nearby nice grocery store.

We had a great time! Beautiful home in a peaceful beautiful beach town. You can see and hear the ocean from the front of the house. The pool and grill outside were a HUGE plus! We didn’t realize the adjacent house was unavailable and lost 2 queen beds. However, Hieu was more than willing to help resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Fabulous views of Chesapeake Bay, pool was great, deer everywhere, house was spacious with three living areas. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautiful and worked well for our family. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The grounds are lovely and very peaceful. Pictures don’t do this property justice.
