Had a great stay! Everything was clean and tidy on arrival, directions to access house was clear and made it very easy. Once inside, it was relaxing with plenty of space. Nice big bedroom and comfy bed, great bathroom. Everything was supplied, cooking needs, toasters, perfect. Highly recommend, not far from anything! Will book again.

Amazing place to stay at for the weekend! Glenys was extremely friendly, gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating. The accomodation was super clean, backyard was awesome for my dog and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend!

Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

We loved our stay here. Was a great base for catching up with friends elsewhere on the peninsula. Was so comfy, very well appointed, felt just like a home away from home. The bed was a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It was also great to be able to do a load of washing before we continued on our trip around Victoria. We’d stay again for sure. Mt Eliza is a lovely and safe feeling village. Easy walk to shops from the unit. Thanks for your great hospitality Christine!

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

My parents loved their weekend stay in this beautiful home whilst they attended a music festival in the area. The place was just as the listing suggested, clean, well equipped & greatly presented. Jenny was a fantastic host with easy to follow instructions upon check in. Would book again 😊

After a long journey from Ireland it was a joy to find Cathy & Steve’s lovely apartment waiting. It’s an amazing space in a perfect location. Everything is sparkling, bed is comfy and it’s amazingly quiet given it’s so close to all the cool places. Hope to be back!

We had a last minute booking for a week at Simon's place. We were two grandparents with our son and his two children and our Cavoodle. The days were wonderfully occupied with the beach not far away, a beautiful native garden and a half basketball court which we used to play pickle ball! Plus a good table tennis table! Inside there were so many board games which absorbed the children's attention at night. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only detraction were the mattresses which were not comfortable. Thanks for accommodating us at the last minute as we had a very enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings.

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the most beautiful stay at this Red Hill home! It was raining all weekend and it was so relaxing to sit by the fire and watch the kangaroos outside. Conveniently located near coffee shops and all the wineries, we were spoilt for choice. Georgie was extremely wonderful to communicate with and even offered a 5pm checkout - bliss!

Every now and again, you book an Airbnb that makes you realise it is such an amazing platform to explore corners of Australia and meet actual owners of lovely homes - that was this place. Sam and Shane were so welcoming, allowing us to arrive early and leave late which really really helped with our 10 month old bub who has a very specific nap schedule, and make the most of our short weekend away. They even had small gifts for the 3 girls in our entourage and a gift basket of goodies for the adults - we were blown away and so touched. The house is very cute, the beds were comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. We didn't end up using the fireplace even though we wanted to and Sam and Shane left us plenty of firewood (reason: tiny kids). The yard was perfect for our dogs - separated into a gated fenced area and a non-fenced area. It would be a beautiful space to hang out in during summer.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

A great beach house where you can relax with your dog . Barry has provided everything you could need for a comfortable stay at this price point. We stayed with friends ( 3 couples)and everyone was happy even though it rained most of the weekend.

This contemporary, modern apartment is absolutely gorgeous with tasteful furnishings & sensational beds. Amir was extremely quick to response and super friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment, situated in a great location with everything at your finger tips.

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Josephine’s place was great. Spacious 2 bedroom , nice balcony, Clean, amazing location near the beach 200mts train station opposite. We extended our stay and Josephine was responsive and provided clear instructions. I m happy to recommend the apartment

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

The place was clean and spacious! Absolutely great location, walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the beach.
