The place was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Raymond was the best host I ever had. He was so accommodating with our early check in and offered a late check out which was so kind. Raymond was so responsible to all my questions and requests. Raymond’s house is located at a great location. We can walk to the beach, walk to the restaurants and markets and his house is also located close to the downtown and the train station. My friends and I loved staying at Raymond’s. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we loved the neighborhood. We would love to come back.

The perfect place to stay for a few nights when visiting the area. Wendy was great and flexible, the place was clean and homey with great nearby shops.

This place was amazing! This house provides the quality of a 5 star hotel and more. Except that hotels may not feel cozy which this house did! All little details at home, super comfortable beds, beautiful backyard, room for kids with toys… as well as the location was perfect. This was definitely one of the best Airbnbs I stayed at! Thank you for the host who was also very responsive.

We stayed at Matt & Robin's place for a long weekend with my parents and our young toddler and had a fantastic time! The place was perfectly suited for spending a lot of time there and entertaining a small kid. The house's minimal design and small details like rounded corners on furniture made it super easy for our son to navigate the space. We all LOVED the private, lush backyard. We actually had all our meals outside and spent our evenings playing on the lawn. The beach and nearby coastal park is easily walkable through this nice, upscale neighborhood. There was a playground in the park about 15 minutes of walking and the beach right there too. We'd love to come back some time!

Emma’s place was truly a home away from home! We came here for my birthday/our anniversary trip and loved it. The place was like a peaceful beach cottage, and the hosts were so thoughtful. You could see the effort that went into building this place. The living room, bedroom, bathroom were all so nice- the outdoor area and little office were great. We loved the hot tub and even ate our dinner in the backyard. It could be helpful to know that the house is on a corner of a street and you can hear cars clearly driving by at night, however, the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet otherwise! We would stay here again because of the central location and coziness of the house! (:

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

Comfortable stay for our first time in Santa Barbara! Located within minutes of the beach and a quick drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing stay for a little staycation for my sister and I. It was PERFECTLY located, by a lot of good local spots, felt safe, so close to the beach and super walkable. Couldn’t have had a better place to call home for the wknd! We had a little trouble with finding the parking and the hosts were very responsive in helping us get what we need. 15/10 stay!

Great spot right next to the beach. We watched the sunset on the beach, took bike rides to the pier and spent countless hours in the jacuzzi. Check in was seamless and the garage was an added bonus. Keep in mind that it's a tight squeeze and an SUV will probably not fit in there. The host was very responsive and took care of an initial issue with the hot tub. It was one of the main reasons we booked it and we were glad he responded quickly.

If I could leave 6 stars, I would! The entire complex was recently renovated, and this unit specifically was beautifully remodeled with high-end finishes and furnishings. It feels like luxury boutique hotel! An assortment of complimentary snacks and beverages was a thoughtful touch, and on Sunday, we enjoyed the free on-site yoga. The hosts seem to have thought of everything to elevate the experience. The location is a peaceful neighborhood that’s an easy 10-15 minute drive from Santa Barbara’s central attractions.

Steps to the beautiful beach and around the corner to Pierpont village area. The home was comfortable, though perhaps a little dated. For 2 people, it was plenty of space. We spent most of our time out enjoying the area, and the location is perfect for that! Covered parking was a plus!

We made a very last-minute reservation (less than an hour before arrival) and LeeAnn went out of her way to contact us and find a place for us at the property. We had a great time end of summer vacation in Solvang.

We have stayed at Juliette’s place several times and it is always perfect. It’s in an ideal location to walk to restaurants and wine tasting. Her place is always clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it for your Santa Barbara visit.
