Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. If you need separate rooms, both are available for rent. Both have same structure. Smoking of marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.

This is a two-room independent cottage located in an upscale neighborhood of Pasadena full of century-old trees. Each room has its own access door to the bathroom. Kitchen and dining area are in the studio. It is very close to CalTech, Huntington Library and Westfield Mall. It is located in a small gated community in Baldwin Park, with transportation and many grocery stores and restaurants within 3 miles of our Airbnb. It is close to the I-10 and I-605 highways as well as the Baldwin Park Metrolink Station. The 800-acre Santa Fe Dam recreational park is also less than 3 miles away, where lots of outdoor recreational activites are available!

OUR STUDIO IS NOW NEWLY REMODELED THROUGH-OUT!!! It is very bright and airy with large view filled windows, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Pots, pans, utensils, spices are available. It sleeps 4 (2x adults + 2x children) comfortably and is completely detached from the main house over a garage, with a private porch. The studio is equipped with a keypad for entry.
