Had a really nice couple of days here. Nice, safe neighbourhood not too far from public transport or to the centre of town and a very pretty house.

If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking. We loved staying in Emre’s beautiful home. It looked just as it appeared in pictures and was exactly as described. Most importantly, Emre was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had questions regarding restaurants, shops, transportation and other matters. Emre always responded quickly, completely, and very helpfully. He is a wonderful host.

The high-rise apartment offers sea views and great city views. The outdoor swimming pool on the 1st floor I really like Soosil. It's like being filled with fresh water. Shops and restaurants are on the first floor If you have a car, access to the city will be even better.

Really with Peace :) Mr. Ahmet was always available for all problems from the moment of reservation to the check-out. A hospitable host, the house was like our own home... all the services were available. It is an easy and pleasant place to reach Izmir and many centers due to its location. We had a nice, quiet holiday with my family, it is recommended.

Koray greeted us at check-in and was very friendly with excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Izmir, we will definitely be rebooking for our next trip!

We liked it here a lot. Communication and welcome were excellent and we were very well looked after throughout. Accommodation was clean and very comfortable, and the views were wonderful, We stayed with our two dogs who also enjoyed it - the farm animals are super friendly! Highly recommended. An affordable break to take yourself into the peace and quiet. We will return.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooftop patio was marvelous. It was a little further from the town center than I expected, but we had nice walks to the boardwalk and to coffee. The unit is compact but well-appointed; we cooked a simple dinner and did our laundry. Best the best feature is the double-deck roof patio. Watching the sun set as we enjoyed the cool of the day was a treat!

I can say that it is an apartment where you can enjoy your stay, within walking distance to everywhere, on Cyprus Martyrs Street. I would also like to thank Mr. Fırat for his kind communication and flexibility at check-in.

The apartment offers an indescribably beautiful view of the sea, simply fantastic! The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The location of the accommodation is also top. By car, you can reach the city center in about 10 minutes, and many places are quickly accessible. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were always helpful and gave us great tips on restaurants and excursion destinations. The only small disadvantage is that after 1 a.m. it can be difficult to find a parking space nearby. However, there is a paid parking lot nearby that compensates for this. Overall, a great accommodation with great hosts. Absolutely recommended!!!

ms. Selma was very friendly at my venture, but I recommend that you make improvements to the bedroom window, toilet sink and external TV, there was no problem at all, but it would be better if you fix the places I said
