A very high quality, modern and beautiful space. Hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful people. It's also a great value on the price, according to their counterparts. We will definitely be back. You can choose with peace of mind and I would recommend.

We rented it for 6 friends for the weekend. Everything was as described and we had everything we needed at home. We were a little surprised that there was no air conditioning at home, but the house has a natural air conditioning, everywhere is breezy. We never felt the lack of air conditioning. Mr. Yiğit also took care of us very quickly, thank you. We will come again.

The amenities of the house were quite sufficient, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The equipment in the house is sufficient. A clean, tidy, peaceful place. A suitable place to rest your head. There is a sea view from a distance, but the sunset creates a super view from behind the pool and the olive tree in the garden. The pool's purification system probably makes a small rhythmic sound. It attracts attention because there is not much noise around. The host told us about the closing method, but we didn't close it. It's a great place to stay away from the city rush of Izmir.

Everything was perfect, the location and view of the house is very nice, I felt like I was in my own home, everything is 10/10, I definitely recommend it, this is definitely the place to stay again the next time I come.

We had a very pleasant week in the comfort of home with our 3 children. The house is extremely comfortable, the pool is clean and sufficient. It is far from the crowds of the center, but also close enough to go in a few minutes by car. It is a peaceful place. We recommend it especially for families with children. We would also like to thank our host Mr. Selcuk for his accurate and prompt communication.

Before renting this place, I read the comments and saw that everyone praised Mr. Mustafa and I was curious. During the first introduction, I told him that everyone had mentioned him and that there were very good comments. I saw that there was much more than what was actually written. I have never seen a host who is so helpful, kind, naive and understanding. He answered all our calls, supported all our requests, and even gave me the Izmirkart when I said we would take the ferry. I mean, you'll really know when you go and stay. The house is already a huge house with 3 bedrooms for large families. It also has a garden in the back. But it was better than home to get to know Mustafa Bey. I highly recommend it.

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

We were 9 people, we came from the United States to see İzmir. The location was perfect, and he was extremely responsive , sometimes even less than 5 minutes. He was really helpful and amazing with all our questions and requests. we really enjoyed the space it was just like the pictures. We had fun getting in, like a game, like the movie Saw, looking for keys to open other parts of the house. The parking was a bit difficult but we figured it out, seemed typical for such a busy area. Though it’s something to think about if driving, but not a complaint. Anyways we really loved the house, it was clean and beautiful. We are so grateful for Selim for opening his house to us, Thank you Selim!

It’s a lovely, traditional house—wood floors and ceilings that we loved. We walked to see the sights and to restaurants. The place is on a steep hill, so walking back from restaurants there was a workout! We really enjoyed the place though.

The house was very clean. It was easy to find. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with parking. It was within walking distance of 15-20 minutes to the bazaar. The house had all the amenities. When I come to Izmir again, I would like to stay here again. & Thank you for everything

We only stayed in this accommodation for two days and although it was small, it was very well maintained and clean. It would have been perfect for a longer vacation. The host has always been super responsive, responding in a very short time, always super kind! highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply. The location is great, close to the main attractions and easy to get around either by walking or taking a bus. The house itself is a beautifully renovated old building, full of charm and lovely little details that make it feel really special. Check-in was self-service and super easy. Breeze check in, nice heritage house, good for experience. Nice peaceful neighbourhood but do take note its located on a steep terrain and parking may be a problem. Overall good experience, friendly neighbours and Selim was responsive and helpful.
