Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Balçova

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooftop patio was marvelous. It was a little further from the town center than I expected, but we had nice walks to the boardwalk and to coffee. The unit is compact but well-appointed; we cooked a simple dinner and did our laundry. Best the best feature is the double-deck roof patio. Watching the sun set as we enjoyed the cool of the day was a treat!

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

The flat is in a great location - historic and peaceful, and close to many attractions. The flat itself is comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

Perfect place defines! I felt at home. From bed linen to kitchenware, all designed for a real dwelling. The owner is so kind that he bought a kitchen item to answer me. Mehmet is a great host and his place has a great location. Walking distance to local atraccions, waterfront boulevard and good restaurants with delicious local food. We tried several of them and food was good. Close to major highways that go in every direction for places you want to visit. We rented a car and did the 7 churches of Revelation tour and Pamukkale to see the thermal waters. Mehmet kindly saved a parking space for us in front of the house. I recommend this place if you want to tour the area.

Gurcan is a good host. The apartment had everything you need: iron, hairdryer, microwave etc. He was always in touch and responded quickly for messages. Gurcan met us at the bus station. Thanks for the hospitality!

Uğur and Aytekin were great and very friendly hosts. On request, they even allowed us to have a small celebration in the apartment. Although there were a little more guests than planned in the end, they weren't angry with us. They were also always easily accessible for questions or problems. The apartment was nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. I would therefore highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of six, including four young kids. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for family needs. Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. The neighborhood was very good, quiet, and there were grocery stores nearby. All the tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no difficulty in finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

Mr. Çağrı was very helpful to us in everything. Very helpful and nice host. It also provided a lot of flexibility during check-in and checkout. The house was just like in the photos. The location was great and the site facilities were amazing. When I come to Izmir, I will choose this place again.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.
