Holiday rentals with a patio in Balçova

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

It was my 3rd Airbnb experience and I had no problems for the first time. It was clean and peaceful, the house has a unique aura. The elevator is behind 2 streets, on the ground floor in old Izmir, but you can see other houses downhill from the balcony. Ms. Ipeknur has put all the necessary equipment in the house, thank you very much

I have stayed several times in Zeki's accommodation and I have always felt good. Any small problem that occurred was easily solved thanks to the kindness and prompt response of this host. The only downside, let's say, is the considerable slope of the road to reach the house, if you don't want to take a taxi, with luggage it can be very tiring. You must therefore balance, according to the available budget, whether to use a taxi or not. Otherwise, highly recommended

I don't know where to start, which one to tell, but I can briefly say that it was a great experience for my family and me. Nily was an extremely caring and perfect host who responded very quickly to all your questions :) I can't describe the house in words. It's as if we've gone back in time, but new things we love today have come with us on this journey. A magnificent blend of yesterday and today. Everything you need is abundantly available in and around the house. Especially that backyard will really take away all your tiredness, you can be sure of that :) In addition, the house is close to many places and we did not have any problems at the transportation point. In summary, if you want to have such a beautiful experience that you don't even want to go back to your own home, you shouldn't think about it. Hope to see you again soon :)

We loved staying in Emre’s beautiful home. It looked just as it appeared in pictures and was exactly as described. Most importantly, Emre was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had questions regarding restaurants, shops, transportation and other matters. Emre always responded quickly, completely, and very helpfully. He is a wonderful host.

I stayed at Hakan’s place in İzmir for four nights, and everything was wonderful. He is very polite and respectful, and he gives you space, so I felt completely comfortable in the house. The house is located on a hill, which offers a fantastic view of the sea from the windows or the terrace. It’s easily accessible by bus, and if you prefer, you can also walk down to the city center. On the way, there are beautiful old Greek houses to admire, making the walk quite enjoyable. I also got along very well with Hakan. We spent time together, explored the city, ate, and had drinks. In short, I had a lovely time. If I ever come back to İzmir, I would definitely love to stay here again.

Me and my friend had a private two-room at this hostel. We felt right at home, as the shared cleaning rooms (living room, kitchen,garden) are very lovingly designed. The staff was also totally friendly and answered all questions very helpful. For a short stay and especially for solo travelers who like to meet new people, I would definitely recommend this place. The guests there were all very open-minded and seemed very comfortable, like me and my friend.

Everything was perfect, the location and view of the house is very nice, I felt like I was in my own home, everything is 10/10, I definitely recommend it, this is definitely the place to stay again the next time I come.
