This cozy cabin-trailer is just 20 minutes from the charming town of Kernville and Lake Isabella, where you'll find restaurants, grocery stores, hot springs, hiking trails, the Kern River, fishing, rafting, and much more. The seasonal Alta Sierra Ski Resort is only 15 minutes away. Our backyard trail provides direct access to the Sequoia National Forest and 4 minutes away from Greenhorn Mountain Park.

Only 20 minutes to downtown Tehachapi and not too high up in elevation, this 'one of a kind' home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a large loft area with a futon and plenty of space for yoga, reading, or relaxing. The deck sits right on the edge of a cliff (but don't worry, there is a fence) where you can enjoy the peaceful area and all the amazing wildlife! Over an acre of flat fenced in area.

Hiking from your doorstep, Lake Isabella 10 minute drive down the hill, with boating, swimming, and fishing, and just a few miles up the road to Kernville, with white water rafting, fly fishing, and great restaurants alongs the Kern river.
