This one bedroom apartment suite is a great place for family and professionals. Dalia is a wonderful host. She cares about her tenants and is responsive to their needs and questions. I especially appreciate her final touches in the unit. Since she knew I would be working night shift and wanted to help make my stay more pleasant, she kindly installed black-out shades which did help. Thank you so much Dalia for being so kind and hospitable. The unit itself is conveniently located near the hospital downtown and there are several options to shop for affordable groceries and take-out meals. The property is gated for an extra layer of security which is also a plus.

Laura was very nice and responsive. Our flight got delayed until the next morning and she offered us to stay extra until 4pm but our schedule did not allow us. We had to head to LA as soon as we landed. We will stay at her place next time we visit Bakersfield.

We enjoyed our stay at Eric’s place a lot. Nice, comfortable house. Eric was very accommodating with a few special requests we had. One night there was an issue with the hot water and within 5 minutes Eric came by and resolved the issue. At this time He also noticed a small leak in the hot water heater and had it replaced the next day - a sign of a great host!

Spacious Retreat next 2 Downtown

Sarah was a wonderful Host, very helpful and clear instructions, about all Apartment's facilities, usage of utilities and clear instructions for check out. With my wife we find the Apartment very comfortable, well located, and with all what is needed for our stay in Bakersfield. We walked to the Park with my wife, nearby (as it was advertised) and enjoyed looking to the nice trees, gardens and had a good time in that nice Apartment (that is furnished to new, with nice living room, kitchen (new equipment), and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Thanks for kind hospitality and communication with us. God bless you abundantly!

Sauce and Juanita were awesome hosts!! My experience was excellent from booking to checkout and most importantly, my privacy was respected. The unit was clean, full of amenities, and centrally located. Both Sauce and Juanita were quick to respond to any inquiries I had before and during my stay. I would definitely stay at any property they are hosting!
