Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bakersfield

Place was nice and comfortable quiet area and close to restaurant, Tamara and Greg were nice and welcoming definitely staying there again

Dalia is a wonderful host. She cares about her tenants and is responsive to their needs and questions. I especially appreciate her final touches in the unit. Since she knew I would be working night shift and wanted to help make my stay more pleasant, she kindly installed black-out shades which did help. Thank you so much Dalia for being so kind and hospitable. The unit itself is conveniently located near the hospital downtown and there are several options to shop for affordable groceries and take-out meals. The property is gated for an extra layer of security which is also a plus.

Sarah was a wonderful Host, very helpful and clear instructions, about all Apartment's facilities, usage of utilities and clear instructions for check out. With my wife we find the Apartment very comfortable, well located, and with all what is needed for our stay in Bakersfield. We walked to the Park with my wife, nearby (as it was advertised) and enjoyed looking to the nice trees, gardens and had a good time in that nice Apartment (that is furnished to new, with nice living room, kitchen (new equipment), and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The house was amazing. We felt very safe and at home. Everything was very clean, nothing was broken and spot on in the pictures. Highly recommend.

The apartment was home for almost 3 months and quite comfortable and very well equipped! lovely and safe location...loved that this apt was at very back! Laura herself was quickly responsive and a true sweetheart! ty again for making my time away from my flooded home comfortable!

Joe was a great host and was always available for any questions/concerns we had. He was very accommodating to our needs and really appreciated everything he did to make our stay great and feel welcomed! The house was beautiful and the apartment was very spacious and accommodated our large extended family! All the kids and adults had fun and were entertained. Amazing place. 2nd time staying always geels like home

Place was spacious and clean. We only spent one night since we were there for a wedding- didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful backyard much- but seems like a great place to relax. Everyone was comfortable and my parents enjoyed the coffee provided.

The house was nice and the beds were comfortable, but the backyard was like a little paradise. There are fruit trees, a swimming pool, and a nice covered patio area. We had several meals at the table outside and even though it was warm, there was always a nice breeze. We all really enjoyed the swimming pool and there were a couple of inflatables available for use as well, which was a nice touch. Martha was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Good stay with a good host. Met all our needs. Would return in the future if in the area.

Eric’s home is absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable! We had a great time staying and slept comfortably and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in bakersfield!

The place was one of the kind. I stayed peacefully. The host was extremely responsive and was available and responded instantly. I lacked nothing.. I hope one day to visit and say hi to Amado. He was a friendly host

Easy to find after a long day’s travel, arriving after dark. The unit worked perfectly for my two week work assignment, located close main roads but also walkable to downtown and nearby cute neighborhoods for walking. The bed was comfortable and there are two AC units for hot weather and ceiling fans. Lots of old cute built/in cabinetry. Easy parking out front. Would definitely stay again.
