Filippo’s house is a dream. It’s got everything you might need, and then some. It exceeded our expectations! Filippo is also brilliant at communicating, helpful at all times and really dedicated as a host. We can’t wait to go back again and enjoy the beautiful house and surroundings, everything is close by, amazing beaches and trails, and the town of Maddalena, which is less than a 10min drive, where you can find great restaurants. It’s got everything to have the perfect stay!

The house, the location and the view were beautiful! There are 3 terraces and large windows to the sea side. You can see sunrises and sunsets. The location and atmosphere are great. So you can easily spend a lot of time in the house. The place was quiet and there is a small supermarket 1 km away on foot. Communication with Alessandro was always good and he always responded quickly. If you want to unwind and love a wide view with the sea and sunsets, you've come to the right place!

Alessandro and his family were very pleasant and warm hosts. The villa is very lovingly designed, especially the beautiful garden we liked very much. The place was tip top clean. Communication was smooth and very reliable. The hosts are always available for questions. The villa is located in a very quiet area and relaxation is guaranteed. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the water and also watch the sunset in the neighboring Bar Zi Anto. However, a car or bicycle/moped is highly recommended for visiting the great bays and the national park. The center of La Maddalena itself is 8 minutes away by car. There you will find bakers, a large supermarket and many restaurants and shops to browse. We highly recommend the island and this accommodation😊!

If we could we would rate this place with 6 stars. Beautiful , private place and the house offers everything you need. Great kitchen ,very spacious , outstanding landscaping and wonderful restaurants close by. Matteo was extremely caring and super responsive . We would definitely love to come back.

The house was clean and with an amazing view! The access to the small „private“ beach is beautiful as well as the beach. Thank you! We had a lovely week :)

We stayed for 5 nights at this lovely villa. Laura was always reachable for any concerns which may arise. Everything was spot on and we really enjoyed our stay. The villa is located with a great view to the ocean, to reach the villa we would highly recommend a rental car. We would definitely come back to this beautiful place and enjoy some time on Sardinia.

Excellent stay at Porto Rafaël. The house is extremely pleasant, comfortable and the amenities are very good. The view is sublime, a little extra for the panoramic terrace. Emanuele Mario was lovely. It was a perfect stay. I highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

we completely enjoyed our stay. The back yard pool area was like a spa. house was beautiful!

Great house with beautiful view and pool. The house had cool architecture and designed well including all bedrooms had their own bathroom. We did have issues with dryer not working but found a dryer rack that worked great in the sunshine. I do think for that for the price they could have a few more amenities. We had to go out and buy toilet paper (only 1 roll in each bathroom), no body soap, only a small individual use shampoo packet and only a few coffee pods to get started. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was as expected from start to finish. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded all our expectations.

The villa was beautiful and really well equipped for our stay. Great to have beach towels available! The supermarket was within walking distance as was a beach. There were several other nice beaches close by but you would need a car to reach them. The hosts were excellent and we would certainly recommend the villa to others.

The accommodation is amazing, the views seem like they're from a movie, the sleeping spaces and living areas are very comfortable; the pool area is incredible; I highly recommend this villa for couples and friends!

Catia’s is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Beautiful inside and out, the pictures here don’t do it justice. The surrounding area is peaceful and very green, the views breathtaking. Even though there are plenty of great beaches in the area, we spent so much time at the house and pool. It is quite isolated and a little far from the main road, but we didn’t mind this as the house is well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend staying here when in Sardegna.

A wonderful stay with fantastic hospitality from Sara, the Superb house and as described, very clean, with a sublime view and not overlooked.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

Very good place we stayed 11 days the villa was impeccable and the hosts were easy to reach and kind. If you want to visit all of my Sardinia we recommend that you rent a car so that you can get around.

Very happy with the piol. Some noise from the hotel next door on two evenings which stopped at midnight. Very well equipped kitchen. Very generous food for us on arrival. We were delighted.

Mark's house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The pool is large and pleasant. Mark was very responsive to each of my questions. Since the house was not occupied afterwards and our flight was in the evening, we were able to leave in the afternoon and enjoy the pool until the last moment. I would definitely recommend Mark's house.

Very nice week spent in Palau. Very good interaction with Guido the owner, and Lorenzo, who welcomed us and are also responsive to our questions. The cottage was perfect, very well located for visiting the northwest of Sardinia. Lots of things nearby, no need to drive too much to get around. Beautiful area. We recommend

We had a great stay here. Although one of the beds was really too short (only approx. 180 cm long) the mattress was fine so we slept well. The area is very nice and calm, there is a nice view from the terrace and the distance to the port with many restaurants was easily walkable. The only thing that really disruptes our stay was the amount of wasps. Although we used the replent candles we coudln’t sometimes get rid of them so we could not enjoy outside eating as we planned. However, all in all I can recommend this place.
