Located 10 minutes to I-81 1 and 1/2 hour to Pigion Forge/ Gaitlainburg, also not far from a couple different lakes. The freshly planted evergreens is the property line. please don't cross over the line. Pull out couch and a 2" mattress to put on for more comfort. We also provided a sleeping bag for a child.

The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

Our Tiny House is located on our farm overlooking beautiful rolling hills of the farms that surrounds ours and mountains in the distance.
