We spent a wonderful week on vacation with Roberto and Lisa. The place is exceptional, we felt at home. The apartment overlooks a large terrace and the garden with a sea view, there is everything you need, all in impeccable condition. The beaches of Sorgente and Sansone are just a few minutes' walk away, Portoferraio is ten minutes by car, and the central location offers an ideal starting point for exploring the whole island of Elba. Roberto and Lisa greeted us personally and immediately made us feel welcome. They have always been available and very kind. We already want to go back!!!

A very perfect stay. At first, we found the wrong location, and the B&B owner couple drove to pick us up. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a contact phone book for each recommended restaurant.The boss very carefully told us the exact location of the nearby beach, which can be reached within a 10-minute walk.It's about 15 minutes walk nearby, and the larger supermarket is recommended to drive about 5 minutes because it takes more than 20 minutes to walk.

Great experience. The house is small but really has everything you need. Annalisa is always available and extremely kind. The location is also fantastic.

Emmanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and were absolutely accommodating. The apartment offers a pleasant privacy with an idyllic garden and only a few meters to the beach with a bar. We had a heavenly week and can highly recommend the accommodation! Grazie mille per tutto!

We felt very comfortable: super beautiful apartment with very nice overgrown patio and fence outside. Our dog was welcome; in the evening and at night there were plenty of fireflies and nightingales. Uncomplicated, always available and very nice landlady Cornelia. The town of Capoliveri is within walking distance, and we always had the best weather on the entire island. There are great hiking opportunities that can be started from the cottage. (East coast), Beautiful small beaches are within walking distance and the last meters of the access road to the accommodation were easily doable with our Allroad Audi. We will definitely come back

We only stayed 4 days in Angela's apartment but we would be happy to stay another week! Beautiful location in a quiet area (mid-May), in a few minutes on foot you can reach the beach, a few trails and in about ten minutes the village. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, car parking on the property. Angela is an accurate, very kind host. Two beautiful and quiet cats also stay in the gardens of the various apartments! It was great staying in this apartment, I would very much like to go back. Highly recommended

An apartment in a place that is a gem in the mountains. Very nice and tidy house, even better than we expected! We found it cute and equipped with every comfort; Stefania and Luigi were immediately very helpful, kind and welcoming. It was a real pleasure staying with them! One aspect that can be advantageous or disadvantageous, depending on the type of vacation you have in mind, is the secluded nature of the place: it can be out of the way, but it pays off with breathtaking sunsets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the harbor and the lively Piazza of Porto Azzurro. Simply beautiful and unforgettable! An absolute highlight was that we were allowed to use two loungers and a parasol on the beach of Capoliveri for free. A sensational service! We highly recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

It was so perfect in all aspects of what I consider to be the best, the most beautiful vacation time inside the home and with the beautiful outside surroundings that I plan to come back. The quiet location with a stunning Sea-and-Mountain-Views from every room in this spacious, tastefully furnished apartment was extraordinary. Donatella communicated very promptly to any thing in writing and her daughter-in law and her son responded by delivering whatever needed to be done. I am also extremely grateful that I was picked up and taken back to the ferry. I have fallen in love with Portoferraio and “my vacation home”, especially the quiet, calming views, the best snorkeling beach in less than a 10 minute walk, my favorite Gelato place, and the amazing walk along the medieval wall up to the historic old town with sites and great restaurants. I did not rent a car, but I would next time because there are other diverse nature places worth exploring. Gracie mille!!! Until I will see you again!

Gorgeous location and views

A wonderful stay. June month ideal to stay in Elba, as it is not too crowded. Ideal house for two people. Beautiful view from the terrace, equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Ability to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace enjoying beautiful sunsets and the singing of birds. The only drawback is the sofa bed with a thin and spring mattress that is uncomfortable for elderly or very heavy people. Easy to reach in about 20 minutes by car all the most beautiful beaches of Elba: Sansone, the Sorgenti, the lover, Fetovaia, Cavoli, Le Ghiaie. Bagnaia is very nice, with a nice children's playground, municipal relaxation area, supermarket and restaurants and several bars. Cute marina with the possibility of renting various types of boats. 10 minutes by car Portoferraio with many supermarkets and all kinds of goods.

We had a great time in this oasis of peace! The terrace is something incredible, so much so that we never went to dinner at the restaurant because we had a beautiful view. Thank you Roberto!

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is located in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

Bagnaia is a small town, perfect for a family who wants to enjoy the sea with a small child, the apartment is really a few steps from the sea! Francesca grew up there and in telling you about it you will find it engaging and it will transport you to her memories. Francesca's apartment is essential but with attention to the smallest details, with everything you need or could need: we also found salt, oil, detergents. Knowing we were traveling with a child in tow, in addition to the camping cot, Francesca provided us with books, towels for the child and then lent us the life preserver and even the perch to bathe the child in peace in the shower! Thanks Francesca, we will definitely come back to visit you to add memories!

Cozy and very pleasant apartment in a great complex. The apartment fully corresponds in the amenities to the pictures, the kitchen is very small but we cooked in it a few times. It was even possible to receive a baby cot and a high chair on request. Communication with Gianna was excellent, very nice communication. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Superb apartment overlooking a very nice terrace, shaded and protected from the street (sea side!). The bedroom is very spacious and all tastefully decorated. Hot tub is a plus! A short walk to two excellent fish restaurants by the water…

By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!
