Exceptional stay with a tour in the nature and in the territory of Santa Maria with Walter, a guide really passionate about his work who transmits good general knowledge about the places. Panoramic view of the incredible jungle from the room and beautiful site in nature with great biodiversity.

I was originally upset with the poor communication and difficulty finding the place, only to arrive and nobody was home. Once I found my way Luis Roberto and his mother were fantastic. They helped me find a ride to my destinations and helped me with planning. The food provided was wonderful. I was taken care of once I found the place. I want to thank Luis Roberto and his mother for hosting me and making me feel at home.

I wasn't going to post a review because I had a very few nits with the place that might have led me to give it less than five stars. There were basically only two regarding the place itself. The first was the lack of a lamp on the dresser next to the bed, which left the room lit by only the fan light in the ceiling and I found that to be a sadly lost opportunity for a warmer ambience. The other was that the floor in the shower was slippery and I had to be careful about not falling. I really didn't want to mention these things (I'm reviewing only because he reviewed me and I want to see what he wrote), as I told them to Manuel and I'm sure he'll correct both of them. In fact he said he had two lamps I could use, but it was already too late in the evening to bother. And I'm sure he'll put a mat in the shower. Everything else was fine, except there was confusion finding the place as several other reviewers have mentioned. I'll send him a better map. In general very highly recommended!

this place was great for our visit in the area. highly recommend it

Rinconcito Lodge is a beautiful place to stay while exploring the nearby area! The staff were so friendly and helpful. David, the concierge, helped us create a fun-filled itinerary where we fit in many activities in the short amount of time we were there. The road to get there is a little rough, but we made it in a little 2x4 by going slow and keeping an eye out for potholes to dodge. We went during dry season, so a 4x4 may be necessary in wet season. The stay was worth the drive though!

The accommodation is tidy, practical and comfortable with access to the covered outdoor area. Very nice. The jacuzzi is clean. A couple of minutes before arriving, the street is not in good condition (it is difficult for a light car in the rain). Communication with host was clear

The place is lovely, extremely private and peaceful with little traffic. Ronald and Alejandra were great hosts, providing great recommendations of things to do and places to eat nearby.

Everything is very good, kind and attentive

We thought it was a very nice and quiet place. A very large property with a lot of nature. Everything was clean and tidy. Everything you need. As seen in the photos. We're definitely going back. Thank you Adriana and family for your hospitality.
