In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Hyggelig kjellerleilighet på nesten 50m2 som består av, inngangshall, eget soverom, stue og kjøkken og et stort bad, sentralt på Høvik, med kort vei til Sandvika, Lysaker, DNV og Skøyen. Det er gode kollektive tilbud i området og det tar ca 15 minutter med bil/kollektiv transport inn til Oslo sentrum. Også mulighet for gratis parkering om man skulle ha behov for det.
