Beautiful 2-room old building apartment (built in 1889 - renovated in 2007) with fantastic views of Bad Gastein, bedroom with pine furniture and general ski storage. Suitable for 2-4 people or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun's rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

Welcome to our pretty, cozy apartment in the heart of historic Bad Gastein! Perched over the waterfall, it features spectacular views overlooking Bad Gastein's architectural gems and mountains. The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. The inside was completely renovated in 2021, and boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The 2 bedrooms (one interior) sleep 5. All the nature and amenities sit right at the doorstep. Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy!

Die ca. 140m2 große, gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem typischen, traditionsreichen Gasteiner Haus, erbaut 1929. Von der Wohnung aus blickt man auf die sensationelle Kulisse von Bad Gastein, Gamskarkogl und dem Gasteinertal. Sie liegt nahe der Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für WANDERUNGEN, THERMAL-BÄDER, GOLFEN, REITEN und SCHI-AUSFLÜGEN. Sie ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Wasserfall und Zentrum entfernt. Meine Familie liebt diesen Ort des Besonderen.

Our private vacation home is located in the 4-star Hotel Europäischer Hof. The apartment offers 87 square meters of 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with king size bed & a second bedroom with 2 single beds), bathroom with shower/bathtub, living room with separate dining area and equipped kitchen. The location in the hotel offers the possibility of using the swimming pool and the wellness area. There is also a bar and restaurant (at your own expense) available in the hotel.

It is equipped with a double bed, private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. Good public transport connection, about 700 m from the main road, train station and bus stops. The center is also within walking distance along the Gasteiner Ache in approx. 30 minutes. Ski storage is available.

Relax and enjoy

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here is your starting point for your vacation in the mountains of Gastein. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished. It impresses with the unrestricted view of the entire Gastein Valley. It is very quiet. All windows face the valley. You do not hear any traffic noise. It is ideal for 2 people, but the sofa bed in the living area allows another 2 people to enjoy the view.

Mountain View Appartement

Claudias apartment was great. It had an entrance at the 4th floor and on the ground floor to the streets with a lift, so when you exited at the 4th floor you had less walking up the hill to the gondola. The walk to the gondola wasn't too long even even if part of it was quite steep. The apartment was modern and clean and had all that we needed. We stayed for 5 nights the beginning of Mar 25 the skiing was good and we had a great time.
