The view from the room + balcony is amazing. Plus they have the friendliest staff! The kayaks (which are in great condition) and the private dock were the best parts of our stay. Thanks for providing coffee, tea, and water too. Make sure to get dinner at Nixtamal in town, the best restaurant in Bacalar!

It is a clean and very comfortable accommodation, with clean beds. You can enjoy its garden plot, which gives you the feeling of peace and rest. The shower is perfect, with clean towels. The room is cleaned daily. The hostess is a source of wisdom, which makes your stay magical. The location is very comfortable as it is between the federal road where the ADO ( buses) is located and the lagoon.

Everything was excellent. I loved the location. The people who work there are very attentive. They are very clean. The only thing I would recommend is that they leave a mop or a squeegee for the bathroom, but everything else is very good. I would definitely return and recommend it. 👌

Mrs. Adriana and her son Jorge were great hosts. From walking distance to all the restaurants and about a 5 min walk to the Plaza Central. Bed was comfortable and big. Thanks for everything

It is a quite nice hotel, up to the top they are remodeling but super nice view, easy access to see the sunrise a few blocks from the pier, cafes around delicious, all really very in order and clean, the parking lot a little small and can be filled but you can leave it outside and it's okay.

A hotel with a good location, arriving was very simple and the staff was very friendly during our stay, it is definitely a place to return to.

The La Galuna hotel in Bacalar is an excellent place to stay, I highly recommend it!

Juliana is very friendly and any questions or deliveries of utensils. She was always very attentive. The Ksa is very comfortable and big. We enjoyed the stay.

Very beautiful place, the only detail is the access, my van had an off road option and it was not detail, but I suppose a common car and with all the occupants I would have had detail to arrive; otherwise everything was very nice

Very nice place if you want to disconnect from daily life and the city!, you're going to get amazing pictures and postcard sunsets! Especially there is a very good treatment from the Staff, from David a grandiose Mesero, to Angel, a Guide/Lanchero/Counselor and everything possible, who gives you spectacular locations, unique moments and a lot of good vibes🙏🏼. Be aware that you will encounter Fauna(in case you are scary) and that you will bring mosquito bites back, a repellent is necessary. WiFi does not reach the rooms and lacks a telephone network. The WC in the room, usually has no pressure and many smells come out of the network (drainage) to which it is connected. Overall, everything excellent, very rich food, nice environment and very positive people, many graceaaaas!!!✨🎊🍾

A pleasant stay

everything was fine, only there was no hot water, although to my liking it is perfect for the existing climate of Bacalar

Very nice apartment block. It’s not so far from Centro that a walk downhill is out of the question, but far enough that you avoid any of the noise pollution (if any). Our only issues is that the address listed is a whole street, so it was a little difficult to locate at first, additionally , we had a room right next to the entrance/reception, so we heard most people coming and going through the night and morning. Other than this, Guadalupe was great to deal with. There were a few things off place in the apartment that we mentioned, and he fixed almost instantly. There’s also an in house laundry service for a reasonable fee, if you’re planning a longer stay, or have been traveling for a while

Antonio and Ñora, who own the house, are very welcoming and friendly. Good conversation around the table. The room was clean, cozy, and had great design. The hammock on the balcony was wonderful for relaxing and reading in the afternoon. Nice view of the lagoon. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to relax!

We are travelling overland by 2 X motorcycles and needed a safe space to work on the bikes, and plan / prepare for the next part of the journey. This was a perfect spot. supermarket, electrical store, bubble tea!!!, laundry and gym all within easy walking. Seafront is a short / cheap Uber away if you need it. Big private room with Aircon to organise all our stuff. WiFi is great for work catch-ups too. Check in was super easy. would happily stay again and definitely reccommend. Host super responsive and very helpful with all our odd travel related questions 🤠

A place with a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for disconnecting. It's in a very convenient area, close to everything you need. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable right away. A hidden gem, highly recommended.

My Husband and I had the best time ever. This place has everything you need and want. The Lagoon was just a few steps away from our room.
