I had a wonderful time. The location was a minute walk from the beach. Rudy, the host, was polite and easygoing. This allowed for very smooth and entertaining conversations. The place was clean, comfortable and private. If I visit Corozal Town again, I would definitely stay at Rudy's place.

Our 2 nights stay was easy and beautiful. The room is small but offers everything you'll need. Very clean bathroom, cold AC and a nice little garden with seating area so we had our Breakfast outside. I loved it to have drinking water available, a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and some dishes so I was able to prepare my tea every day. We will be back one day.

My husband and I felt right at home. We loved that the sheets, towels, pillows and bathroom in the rooms were impeccable. The areas outside the room look beautiful, the arrangement they have gives a sensational touch to the place. We really liked that the lagoon was a minute's walk away, with restaurants, shops and tour services nearby to hire. We would definitely return to such a beautiful place. Finally, Josue and his team are very kind, attentive and warm. Thank you for your wonderful attention!

Great! This is my 2nd time in Bacalar and I have stayed here at Casa Tlacuache’s both time. They have a delicious breakfast every morning, we’re in walking distance to the lagoon and many great restaurants. I highly recommend Casa Tlacuache to other guests looking for a place.

I really joyed my stay at Casa Tlacuache and especially the delicious breakfast by Careli. The owners responded very quick and kind to messages. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. I’d definitely would recommend to stay at this place.

Wonderful rustic stay in Bacalar. Live like a local for your stay. Everything, literally, everything, is walkable from Manuel’s place. It’s a great deal for the price.

Joe and Laura are so sweet and kind. Literally, one of the best places we've ever stayed. We will for sure go back. They did an amazing job on their property. Beautiful grounds and great cabanas. They made us feel right at home 💕

The bungalows are just as described and incredibly well-constructed and clean (not always true in Belize!). Quiet, beautiful view and pool, and Joe was super helpful and friendly. I felt terrible when I took a fall and turned out to have a broken foot, and he was so gracious and drove us to the local clinic for x-rays and care. We were sorry to cut the trip short, but we will definitely return and feel like we made an amazing connection with Joe and Laura in what could become our retirement destination. We highly recommend this tranquil resort and thoughtful hosts.

It was a very good experience. The host was responsive at all times, attended to our concerns and gave us recommendations. And in addition, we gave us delicious fruit from her family's harvest. Place was clean, 100% functional air-conditioning and spacious and comfortable areas.

Tilt-Ta-Dock is an amazing escape from the insane pace of life. Nestled against the edge of Carazol Bay, it offers a spectacular panoramic view of the water. Inside each cabana is a darling kitchen with everything a cook needs to prepare a deluxe meal for two. The bed has tables on both sides with independent reading lights and electric outlets. Designed for two adults, there are lounge chairs on the lawn as well as chairs on each front porch. The pool is stunning and unique with underwater stools at one end. Your hosts are warm and welcoming. I’m sure you will enjoy a stay at Tilt-Ta-Dock!
