What a wonderful stay at Rosario’s! The setting is right in town, walkable to everything, the estate is beautiful & peaceful. Rosario is an excellent host, helping with recommendations, sharing her garden produce, , walking the grounds, infinity pool, & even sharing the sweetest dogs in the world! Ponte de Lima is a fun very historic town, with many events & things to do, as well as the natural beauty. We enjoyed our stay so much & a lot of it was because of our hostess. Obrigada Rosário!

It's a great value for the price, except for the fact that the Wi-Fi doesn't work well in the room. It can be inconvenient for those who need to use Wi-Fi in the room. Wi-Fi is good at the swimming pool. The host couple is very friendly, and the swimming pool in the accommodation is also very nice. It was nice to be able to go to the beach in 10 minutes by car.

Great accommodation for a stay with friends, nice rooms and above all a nice little terrace! 15 min walk from the center, frankly nothing to say, it was great! Thank you for hosting us!

We had the best time during our stay. The house is a dream with an amazing pool and well equipped with everything you need. Alcina is very kind and super helpful regarding all questions. Would definitely recommend!

I spent one night at the home of Filomena with three friends and it was amazing. It has a double bed and a large sofa bed (without separation, it is ideal for groups of friends or families), kitchen equipped with hob and all utensils, barbecue, and the best part of all - the pool! It is a great pool and it was exclusive to us, with lots of privacy, lawn with loungers, a treat. Filomena was very considerate and the husband Francisco who received us as well. It was a memorable experience and I recommend 100%.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom self contained villa with the shared garden and pool . A very clean and comfortable place ...felt homely but cool x We met others staying there who were lovely but the shared space still felt private. Jorge was very friendly and helpful would definitely stay again x

Thanks Marlene for the communication and being a great host. The space was great although it was further than we expected, address is not complete and we had to call her to find the place. Its a place to improve. But overall was a great stay and helped us to enjoy Barroselas.

We had a short stay to view some real estate in the area and ended up wishing we had more time to stay at this lovely home! The house was spotless and had all the essentials. The welcome basket was fantastic and just what we needed after a long drive. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing. There were other guests on the property but we hardly saw them. Spent as much time as we could lounging in hammocks by the stream. Thanks to our polite and attentive host. Would definitely stay again :)

We have been walking the Camino Portuguese now for 8 days. Silvia’s guesthouse was our first and favorite along the trail. Super comfortable and beautiful home and surroundings. Lovely backyard, sitting area, dining room …. Everything. But the best of all was Sylvia, our host. The most delightful person we met in Portugal and indeed one of the most enjoyable along the whole Camino! Fun, lively, interesting, and helpful. If I could give the place 10 stars I would!

Beautiful property ENTIRELY NON-SMOKING!!! This allows a safe and healthy environment for everyone and especially children without cigarette butts, no ash and cigarette smoke everywhere in the gardens, the alleys, around the pool and at the barbecue. Congratulations to the Bnbird management team, we hope you will continue to enforce your rules! Reminding people of the safety and community guidelines harmonizes behavior and reduces dangerous and disrespectful attitudes. Everything is well organized outside and inside this beautiful and comfortable apartment: well ventilated, bright everywhere, beds allowing a restful sleep and very clean. Self check-in is very convenient and reliable. We can't wait to come back and will recommend it to everyone we know. Thank you!!

Absolutely spectacular house! Location relatively close to the sea and Vila do Conde and at the same time isolated from confusion and integrated into the countryside!! Great experience to be repeated! Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay at Whiteside. The location was reasonably convenient but also a really vibrant and interesting neighborhood. Our room was well designed and comfortable with a ducted outdoor space as well as shared patios and lounging areas. It was great to have the use of a week equipped kitchen and washing machine. our only issue was that the code we were issued for entry was wrong and it took some time to get a response by phone. After that everything was great.

The accommodation was very clean and everything you need is present. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to the Caminho. When you go for a longer period (we stayed 11 nights) it is best to have a rental car. From Marinhas, we have made many beautiful day trips in the north of Portugal. Bars, restaurants and shops can be found a few kilometers away in Esposende.

We had a great time in our stay. Paula and Jorge are nice, attentive, available, caring people. Everything was perfect. I'll keep your contact details for next year if we return to Portugal.

Great space for a group of girls, really easy to get Ubers into more central areas. Host were very helpful & responsive.

We had a great time , Maria is a very nice host! The accommodation is perfectly located at villa do conde limit povoa de varzim (within walking distance ) well decorated room. Of course it is several rooms so we extend the neighbors a little but it is not disturbing. The only thing that bothered us a little was the dog from the neighboring house who barked some nights but frankly we'll go back with pleasure

As a seasoned traveller, I totally recommend Cachinnans Hostel as your place or residence if you'd like to avoid Porto or Matosinhos.

It was two very pleasant August weeks, total disconnection from the city. The house was small but comfortable and cozy. The pool gave it a plus, to be able to cool off in the terrible heat of summer, and being surrounded by nature is ideal for recharging batteries. Thanks to Peter for all the attention provided. He is a very good host.
