Cunda Island is 10 minutes away and Şeytan Sofrası is 15 minutes away. In addition, the symbol of Ayvalık is within walking distance to the beach in the narrow alleys. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. The 5th maximum person can comfortably stay on the sofa for 2 people in the living room. 😊HAVE A GOOD VACATION 😊

A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Our house is an extremely comfortable house in a protected area in the center of Ayvalik. A stylish, cozy space is created by putting together antiques and modern items. The use of the garden is exclusive for our guests. There is a teak dining and sofa set in the garden. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the house. You can cook with pleasure, or you can walk to the bazaar , restaurants and entertainment venues, explore the historical texture of the city and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

It is the ground floor (1 +1) of the newly renovated villa (1+1) behind the Cunda Hotel, within walking distance to the center of Cunda, 50 meters from the beach. There is a 2-person bed, a full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator), a renovated bathroom (washing machine) and a spacious, spacious living room. Being in a peaceful and safe compound, you can still join a cheerful Cunda night with a 5 minute walk. The entrance to the apartment is separate, private from the main villa.
