Television extends from wall for ideal viewing from anywhere in the room. Vinyl record player with records from various periods and Amazon Echo for music. Reading chair with magazines. Separate coffee cart with coffee maker and the best freshly ground local coffee and premium teas plus microwave. Full refrigerator. Closet space to hang all of your clothes. Large chest of drawers. In the meantime, we value your complete privacy. The home provides a great location for exploring both Decatur and Atlanta. There are many great restaurants and shops in the area to enjoy and the MARTA train station is one block away providing direct access to downtown Atlanta. Our carriage house is also one block away from the MARTA train with a direct line to Downtown Atlanta for anyone visiting Atlanta and spending most of their time downtown. Forget about traffic and paying for parking. Stay in Decatur and take the 15-minute train ride into downtown instead.

Sarah's place was perfect and one of the most relaxing, peaceful stays we've ever stayed at an AirBnB. Her place truly felt right at home for my family. We each had a favorite spot to sit/relax and while it was cozy, it was large enough for the 4 of us to have our own space. The furnishings were great, sofas and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We really liked the Nescafe coffee machine, too. The hosts thought of everything and I also liked the work counter in the basement, along with the spaceship light. Check-in and check-out was also super-easy. While other places have a long list of check-out requests, she only had 2, one of which was to lock the doors behind you. Great location, too, close to Emory and Publix and coffee shops were a 3-4 min drive away. While my son just graduated, our daughter still has some years left and so we'll definitely try and rent this place again. Thanks for the great stay!

I have stayed here multiples times now and always have a perfect stay! I love the large TV, fridge, microwave, they provide everything you might need incase you don't have it including utensils, toothpaste, mouthwash, makeup wipes, earplugs and so on! They go above and beyond. I even forgot my suitcase and they kept it safe for me until I could pick it up. Communication was always super fast! Thank you, this is my go to stop when I come through the area :)

We had to find a place quickly after our house burnt down in an electrical fire. After such a traumatic event we felt right at home at John’s place. It was easy to find in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Plenty of parking and right off of 285. The host was always easy to communicate with and even let us extend our stay until we found a temporary home for the next 12 months. If we ever have family coming in town to visit we will definitely recommend them to stay here if we don’t have the room. Thank you so much for everything! 10 out of 10
