This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

Felt right at home on the Blue River. Shannon’s condo was very clean, comfortable, tastefully appointed, and well equipped. It served as a perfect retreat as I explored the area, worked remote, and got in some late spring skiing. The location is great! I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the river as I worked. The kitchen proved to be properly stocked with stainless steel cookware and gas range, and the bed was comfy too. Nice! Shannon was easy to communicate with and provided detailed directions / instructions to make check in/out a breeze and stay as seamless as possible. Great experience and I’d love to stay again next time I’m in the area!

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

We had an exceptional stay at Kristy’s place. The condo was absolutely spotless and thoughtfully designed, with every detail covered—from clear instructions for the appliances to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, and all the essentials for cooking. There were even games and toys for the kids. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax, and the peaceful river behind the condo added to the serene atmosphere. We also loved having a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergent provided, and all the conveniences that made our stay hassle-free. Kristy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This condo truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

This place is amazing. I love everything about it. I would definitely book again. One thing to note, the house has a nema 14-50 outlet that accommodates a Ev charger but the house does not have an actual charger for an electric vehicle.

Gorgeous house in an amazing location! House was the perfect size for our group of 10 - couch in the living room could fit everyone which was a plus! We arrived and the house was in pristine condition. Rooms were spacious and everyone felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Hot tub was also large compared to other mountain houses we’ve stayed in. Location-wise, we were only a short ~10-15 min drive to Peak 8 and 9 at Breck. We opted to either be dropped off by friends or Ubered. Bus stop was close to house though as another option for future renters. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again!

Overall, my stay was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of fantastic hosts, a prime location, and the cozy atmosphere created the perfect getaway. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his home! This was the ideal stay for three couples in town for a short skiing weekend. The house was very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed including plenty of dishes and towels. The community has a nice trail you can use to walk to nearby restaurants. We are all looking forward to staying here for our next ski trip!

Amazing alpine retreat! Loved watching the stars at night from the hot tub. Very comfortable beds.

This property was perfect for our group! We had 6 adults (3 couples), everyone had there own bathroom which made it perfect. The home is peaceful with the river behind it and private as its an end unit. The common space were perfect, hot tub outside and grill were key! Its a 5 minute drive to BC parking and no more than 10 minutes to any of the restuarants we went to. The owners were great, responsive and went the extra mile a few times during out stay and afterwards (even willing to mail me back something I left). All in all this was a first rate expierence and I would definitely go back! Thank you

We had a very comfortable 1 month stay while working remotely. The condo had everything we needed and the wi-fi was reliable and fast. The views from the condo are beautiful! There are hiking trails around the lake right across the street. Great location! Ski resorts. restaurants, and shopping are a short drive away. Mandy was a fantastic host.

This was an amazing spot to relax for the little time we were at the air bnb! Beautiful views, clean spaces, body wash, face wash, and shampoo were available, and everything seemed very clean! Will definitely look at staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Half way between shops and skiing. Plenty of space and amenities for our family. Beautiful views. Lots of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

This place is perfect for a couple's get-away! Great views of the snow-capped mountains 🏔️, located directly in the heart of so much to do, with local shops, restaurants close by. Highly recommend !

Amazing stay! Jeff’s place was the perfect spot for our weekend ski trip. Only 10 min from Keystone, and less than 30 min to Breckinridge and Vail. Super cozy place with all the amenities you could need: fireplace, amazing view, public hot tube and sauna, board games and more! Would definitely stay here again. :)

Scott's condo was clean and comfortable. It was unusually spacious for a one bed/one bath. The building is quiet and very well maintained (I don't think I've ever been in such a clean parking garage). The location is excellent (a rec path leads straight to the reservoir for summer months and a short walk to the bus stop to Copper for winter months). We would definitely return.

Beautiful location with responsive host. As shown in pictures and description. Space was ideal for our trip, the river in the back is peaceful, the fireplace cozy and the garage very helpful. Would recommend.
