Townhome holiday rentals in Avignon

We had a great stay at this little house! Everything was perfectly clean, well-equipped and very cozy. The place is quiet, not far from the city center. Special mention to the owner, who was lovely, welcoming. I recommend it 100%!

Gorgeous town house in the very centre of Lauris. Very responsive communication with Gaëlle, who was also very helpful in trying to sort out a hair appointment for a wedding. We stayed in a bit of a heatwave and so I would highlight that there is only air conditioning in the top bedroom and this is on an automated schedule that turns off at 8:30pm and so does not run overnight. Gaëlle did provide plenty of fans. The second (top floor) bathroom is also a hand held shower over a mini bath tub.

Christine's house is full of charm. The accommodation is consistent with the photos and is very well located. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed for a week, the apartment is on the second floor of an 18th century stone town house in the heart of Nimes. Marie-Laure lives on the ground floor. She greeted us and introduced us to the apartment and its workings, fortunately she speaks good English which compensated for our poor French. She was always available but never intrusive. The location means that there are multiple cafes/restaurants & bars within a few minutes walk. We visited Les Halles and Carrefour (both within 5 mins walk) daily so cooked in the apartment. The kitchen is very generously equipped. The local bar, Annaba, is a lovely place for an early evening drink but be aware that one of the bedrooms, overlooking the bar, can be quite noisy until c11pm. The air conditioning in the apartment is very efficient and was very welcome.

Beautiful accommodation, clean, well-equipped, quiet while it is close to the historic center of the city and in a very lively area. Very beautiful region with a multitude of beautiful villages within a radius of 15 to 20 km (Gordes, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Saumane de Vaucluse, etc.) We enjoyed strolling along the various canals of the Sorgue and in the alleys of the city with the antique dealers and the Sunday morning market. A little favorite for the restaurant "Le Prévôté" excellent from the beginning to the end of the service. Regarding the accommodation, everything was perfect and in accordance with the description of the listing. Laura is a welcoming host with whom it is easy to interact. Well, in short, a stay recommended without hesitation.

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful farmhouse full of history. Philippe is a caring, warm and very communicative host. We particularly appreciated her little touches throughout the stay. A place I would highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay in St Remy. The car park is not too far and once you are settled in the city is yours to explore. We loved the simple touches in the house and had everything we needed. Thank you.

The small cottage is extremely stylish and furnished to a high standard. Within walking distance of the apartment, Fontvieille offers everything you need, restaurants, a very good ice cream parlor and - super convenient - a supermarket just a few steps away. The beautiful terrace was wonderful for breakfast before starting the day. Fontvieille was ideal for us to explore the many beautiful cities in Provence. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend the host and apartment. Hervé was very warm, easy to reach and, as we found, has a wonderful sense of interior design.

He kept communicating in French and I don't speak French. He might have sent information of finding the place better but I couldn't read it. He had someone there I was able to communicate with that helped us find the house.

After travelling Across the world from Australia, we arrived at Mathieus beautiful Airbnb in Saint Remy. Immediately we felt like we were in a home away from home. A Spotless , organised and beautifully decorated apartment awaited us. We spent a week exploring the area from our perfect little base tucked away in an historic neighbourhood , only minutes from the centre of the village. Alexandra and Mathieu were extremely responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. The only thing that disappointed us was that we had not booked it for longer. It is an absolute gem 💎!

The house is tucked away in a quiet little backstreet in the middle of this romantic old town. It is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Everything can be reached easily on foot and there is free parking at the school only 5 mins away. We didn‘t get to meet Karine personally but the communication and the checkin over Airbnb worked perfectly. We will definitely come again the next time we are in the Provence!

It is a 5+ accommodation It is well equipped, enough space for everything. We enjoyed it. It is well located for exploring Provence. We stayed 12 days and will definitely come back 😊

The accommodation is well located, in a very quiet street and environment. The house was in an impeccable state, with kitchen-living room-dining room in one room on the ground floor, there is also a washing machine in an adjoining space. On the first floor there is a bedroom for 2 people and a bathroom, and on the second floor there is another bedroom for 2 people and a private bathroom. The rooms have air conditioning and a fan on the ground floor. The relationship with Karlien has been very fluid and her indications very precise. A fantastic place for families or couples.

Nathalie’s home in Lourmarin was beautiful, peaceful, and very well located. My Mom and I spent 4 nights here in the village for our “girls trip” and I can’t imagine a more beautiful village. It is so small that you can walk the length and breadth in 15 minutes. For our low key and slow paced vacation it was perfect! An afternoon excursion to the Chateau was well worth it, as it is also ridiculously close. Food and shopping in the village was also super fun - We must have gone to Cafe Gabby 3 times because it was so good, but Nonni (pizza + pasta) is literally steps away from home and also delicious. I came down with some sort of virus our last day there unfortunately, and Nathalie was sweet to offer a recommendation for a doctor if I needed. Luckily I just needed rest. My only recommendation to the host would be to provide more towels and toilet paper, as this is a basic necessity/amenity, but maybe that’s the American in me ;) Thank you Nathalie for a wonderful stay!

Corinne's place is fantastic - an authentic French townhouse in a peaceful village. Within a 30 min radius (driving) there's so much to experience. Mount Ventoux, Avignon, Gordes are all able to be visted in one day. Would highly recommend the property and the location. Corinne is very prompt at replying and was really helpful. I just wished we had spent more time there than we did!

Alexandra's accommodation is truly a moment out of time. It is perfectly comfortable. I highly recommend it for stone enthusiasts ☺️

Clean, quiet place with lots of room, and close to everything. Teas and coffee available, and a cute patio. Very comfortable place to stay. I would recommend it.

Great place and great location. Garage was a great addition as we had a car. We had several meals there. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds could use a little upgrade but everything else is 5 stars. They did an amazing job with the renovations. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a month at Yanis’ home. We enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine. We enjoyed the back patio a lot and often ate outside. The location is perfect, in a few minutes walking you are in the old town and with a few more minutes you are at the Arena. The beds are comfortable. I am an older senior and I had to be very careful on the stairs but there is a railing and it worked well. Arles itself was a perfect base for our travels in the area. Arles has so much history to explore. Buy an Advantage pass for 19€ when you arrive it is good for 6 months and you have free access to Roman Ruins and Museums, of which there are many. Yannis’ home is on many bus routes and very near the Gare. We had no car so used public transportation. There are 2 bus stops very close by, but E. Combs was a stop for many buses that go outside of Arles. Yannis was very quick to get back to us when we had a problem. We would definitely recommend this accommodat

We felt very comfortable with Carine. When we arrived, Carine was there and showed us around and gave us great tips on bakeries and restaurants. She even went out of her way to find a restaurant that offers our daughter's favorite food. That was really nice. The house is just like the photos. Everything is very clean. When the pot of the coffee maker broke for us, Carine immediately brought a new coffee maker. The location of the house is very practical as it is very quiet but still quite close to downtown. In 10 minutes you can walk to the city wall. The neighbors are also very quiet and totally nice. For us, it was the perfect place to stay and Carine was the perfect landlady.

Beautiful place that was even better than the pictures. We loved cooking in the kitchen and drinking coffee in the courtyard. Meticulously maintained. Muriel met us to show us around. Perfect location with a little grocery store steps away. Loved it!
