Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Aviemore

Exactly as described in the listing. A lovely clean house that caters for a weekend or longer. Ot was easy to find and enter into the whole experience was welcoming. We had a great time and felt well looked after.

Very clean and comfortable with lots of space to spread out. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Very comfy beds - excellent living space and Susan was really helpful - great memories made and highly recommend! Kitchen very well equipped - great views! There were 10 of us and we had the best time - everyone commented on how fantastic our accommodation was. Thank you so much Susan 😀

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles da, was man braucht. Es war schön, bei Sonne im Garten zu sitzen (Vorschlag: Liegestühle im Shed bereitstellen). Einziger kleiner Nachteil: im Juni liess die Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern etwas zu wünschen übrig. Anreise mit Auto ist von Vorteil, da zu Fuss etwas weit weg vom Zentrum.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The accommodation was in a perfect location for us to explore the surrounding area with plenty of outdoor activities to do and close to local amenities. Host was very responsive and the little extras were thoughtful. We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends particularly those that enjoy the outdoors. Great stay and bonus with the weather being warm and sunny!

This is a lovely and spacious cottage with an amazing location! The small village is very relaxing and quiet, just what we were looking for. There are so many different types of landscapes to hike around very close by, marshes, lakes, forests, rocky mountains, heather fields, grassy pastures... The house has A Lot of helpful maps and brochures to pick the perfect route (with options for all abilities) if you have not come prepared. The location is very convenient as in 15-20 min you can reach the main motorway that cuts through the Highlands. It's only a bit more than an hour away from Inverness and about two hours away from Glencoe. Though with the national park at your doorstep you are already spoiled for choice and don't need to go far to enjoy some of the best landscapes in Scotland. Bridie was attentive and easy-going. She provided clear instructions and a lot of suggestions for local activities and amenities. We wish we could live in the cottage forever 😊

We had a great time, the house was spacious and very well equipped. We only stayed a couple of nights but would be perfect for staying longer and spending time enjoying the area. Perfect house for families - kitchen had everything you could need, and the hotel is very close by for eating out. I would like to stay again in the future for longer

Pristine and super comfortable hideaway in beautiful surroundings. The place is better than the photos portray. Very very comfortable bed and lovely & bright living space. Very private including a lovely little outdoor area to relax in the sunshine. The shed with freezer and dryer was very useful for storing bikes. Leanne & Darrin were very responsive and helpful. The location is superb for exploring right from the door or for going further afield. We loved it so much we’ve booked for next year. Such a restorative place to stay.

Perfect place and location for my 4 day stay. As a solo visitor I felt completely safe to walk around the area at any time. The cottage is very comfortable. Cheryl and her husband are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in the Cairngorms. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Amazing whisky corner which my husband greatly appreciated.

Much quieter than listing suggests. Don’t be put off by warning of noise, worst it gets is people walking above and washing machine. Lovely place, clean, tranquil with plenty of storage and well equipped

This property was very clean and cozy! It had all the amenities listed. It also sits in a very quaint location, walkable to a gas station and grocery store for convenience. Jenny was also very flexible and accommodating, despite us changing our check-in time a few times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here :)

A perfectly clean and comfortable apartment with good facilities. We really enjoyed our stay The co-op and chip shop around the corner were very useful! The village centre was a bit of a walk but the weather was so good it wasn’t a problem.

Un espacio muy limpio, acogedor y con detalles de muy buen gusto. Todo fue muy claro en las indicaciones y estuvo atento toda nuestra estancia. Un placer encontrar espacios cuidados y limpios como este.

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr ruhig und landschaftlich schön gelegen. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und prima ausgestattet. Netter kleiner Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus war super; der Vorgarten ist wunderschön angelegt; ein himmlisches Bett - wir haben noch nirgends so gut geschlafen. Auch wir waren traurig, diese tolle Unterkunft nach 3 Nächten wieder verlassen zu müssen. Sehr sehr gerne würden wir wiederkommen, irgendwann.

This place was remarkable and we felt like home. It was cozy and warm. Donald also greeted us with snacks and lit candles. This place was amazing, highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Elaines. It was in a perfect location and so easy to walk everywhere, plus she has a parking pass that we used.

We had a lovely time in Inverness in Jills appartment. It was the perfect size for two people, clean and had everything you needed for the stay.

Tanto Linda como George fueron excelentes anfitriones. Amables, bien predispuestos, en fin: excelentes. En cuanto a la propiedad es muy cómoda y agradable que aporta muchísima paz a quienes allí se hospedan. Sin dudas volvería a visitarlos!

This place was just like the description. The location is very walkable, but out of the busy tourist center so it’s very quiet. Everything I needed was provided, which made the stay very easy. I would stay here again if I visit Inverness again.

Had the most amazing stay at Aldon Lodge, was wowed from the very beginning driving in through the pastures of sheep & lambs. Such a peaceful location that felt so remote and private but not a far drive from town, it’s the best of both worlds. The apartment was so cozy and had some of the most comfortable bedding and pillows I’ve experienced yet. Gorgeous views out of all the windows with light blocking shades if you want to sleep in, this place has every amenity you might need. The host was so helpful and provided very detailed instructions ahead of time so that everything went smoothly. I could have spent my whole vacation just staying inside the apartment and enjoying the area, hope to come back and stay again!

Stephen is an excellent host, sent great recommendations on places to eat and made sure we had arrived & settled in. It’s a superb location- on one side is the beach and on the other is the town. Thank you Stephen for a lovely stay :-)

Rosey’s place was absolutely perfect, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had our privacy, plenty of room for parking, and a beautiful view. The patio was sprinkled with beautiful plants and plenty of lounge seating to enjoy the view. Rosey also washed our laundry and returned it folded and clean to us in a timely manner. I wish we would’ve booked this part of our stays longer!
