Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Francesco da giovedì a domenica e siamo stati benissimo ! l'appartamento è confortevole ed è presente tutto il necessario, come stare a casa propria! Monticchio è a dieci minuti da L'Aquila e a mezz'ora da Fonte Cerreto, da cui parte la funivia per il Gran Sasso. Il Gran Sasso è stupendo e, se ti piace la natura, il trekking, andare in bici o a cavallo, la posizione della casa è ottimale per raggiungere le attrazioni naturalistiche della zona. Alloggio su tre piani in una zona molto tranquilla, Luigi e Antonia sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Noi siamo andati per un addio al celibato di tre giorni e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Consigliato!

Davide è stato un host molto simpatico, gentile, disponibile e veramente premuroso. La casa è carina (nomen omen!) e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione strategica tra Rieti e L’Aquila.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

Super schöne und ruhige Gegend. Lea und Ronald waren herzliche Gastgeber. Man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Tolle Lage am Hang, schöner Pool. Küche gut ausgestattet. Wichtig für die Anreise: Anbindung mit ÖPNV eher schlechter aber kein Hindernis - muss man nur wissen, wenn man mit dem Zug nach Terni reist. Man kann auch Stadträder am Bahnhof leihen - muss nur die Bergetappe hinnehmen :D

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Traumhaft schöne Lage in den Bergen, schöner Pool und gute funktionelle Einrichtung. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass es ein sehr ruhiger Ort ist und man für Ausflüge oder Ähnliches min. 30 min bis 2 Stunden fahren muss was für uns aber völlig ok war. Angelo ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Appartement très confortable, tranquille, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes autour. La présence de la chienne Elie est certainement un plus! Nous nous ennuyons déjà d’elle. Merci aux hôtes pour l’accueil, et les bonnes recommendations pour explorer les Abruzzes!

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. We absolutely loved our stay at Veronica's in Tivoli. Veronica was so helpful, picking us up at the train station, sending links and recommendations for local sites, and even making dinner reservations for us. The town of Tivoli itself was remarkable, everything was walkable and it was exactly the experience we were hoping for. We would recommend without hesitation!

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

We have been in this house the second time and it is always like "coming home". The area is beautiful with a lot of possibilities for activity. We will come back. Thank you!

L'appartamento di Andrea è molto accogliente, arredato con gusto e ricco di soluzioni interessanti. In pieno centro a un passo dal parco gregoriano e a due passi da villa d'este. Pur essendo così centrale è silenziosissimo. Inoltre Andrea ci ha accolti di persona con molta gentilezza, cosa che fa sempre piacere

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Absolutely stunning! I didn't want to leave. Castel Di Tora is such a magical little village. It's a small gorgeous medieval village with stunning views. We spent 4 nights there and I already want to go back. We watched the horses going across the bridge to go graze with the cows. Swam in the lake. Tried most of the restaurants. And just relaxed. Giovanni is one of the best hosts I have encountered on my travels, and I use Airbnb ALOT. I loved walking my dog around the area. I will be back for sure ♥️
