la zona es muy tranquila. cerca de la playa Vanderbilt. el apartamento muy cómodo y espacioso. hay obras en las inmediaciones pero no molestan para nada, la propiedad está bastante insonorizada. la comunicación con Pamela es bastante fluida por cualquier inconveniente que puedan surgir. hay Walmart y Publix muy cerca y restaurantes muy buenos

Brian es un host muy amable. Respondió siempre muy rápido a mis preguntas y me brindó soluciones. Nos dejó hacer un late check out. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme en su casa!

Beautiful condo. We enjoyed the screened balcony and easy walk to community pool and gym. We were in Ave Maria for our son’s graduation. Convenient location just a few minutes drive to campus.

This is my third time renting this place. It’s clean, quiet and cozy. Jan and Jim are wonderful people. They are friendly, responsive and respectful. I enjoyed staying in their place.

Te’s little getaway is priceless. She was so kind, & it showed in every detail of her place. She provided a neatly curated place full of unique and cool decor. The place was an experience in itself. There was even breakfast and some drinks in the fridge for us. I also thought it was sooo cool that there’s a shark tooth shifter to use! Location was awesome, a little hideaway that’s a perfect distance and very accessible to the beaches & town. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. My favorite BNB I’ve ever stayed at! This very bright and airy private home has everything you may want for a relaxing holiday retreat. It is impeccably designed with high-end contemporary furniture, appliances, kitchenware and bath products. It is quiet and filled with birdsong once you step outside into the screened covered lanai. Only minutes from a plethora of food and beverage options and the beaches of downtown Naples. It was a pleasure staying at Flamingo House and I plan on returning soon.

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

this is a very comfortable home. It is close to the job site. The host Aura was very responsive and understanding. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and very well-kept. The master bed was seriously the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life. The pillows were amazing, too. Everything was very clean and orderly. David was very responsive when messaged. This is definitely a property we would stay in again.

Patrick and Laura were very kind for letting us check in early. We had a 12 hour ride so we were exhausted and it was relaxing to get into the pool. The pool area was clean, extremely comfortable with the ceiling fans. Everything was sparkling clean. There were many cooking utensils to help us cook for Father’s Day. I would rent this house again. The only problem we had was the air conditioner didn’t keep the house cool enough for us. The temperature in the house stayed between 74 to 76.we had a great vacation. Fantastic house, perfect for family and friends, lot of space, big kitchen. The location is fabulous, close to the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping areas. Recommended to stay here and we will stay there again if I have a chance to visit Naples next time.

Alvaro and Helen's home is wonderful! It is so understated in the listing description and the pictures. From the moment you step through the courtyard doors you know you're in for something special, truly a LUX home. The home is appointed with high quality EVERYTHING. From decor to coffee machines. You really feel like you are staying at a top five start retreat. The house has little touches and comforts that you don't get at a five star hotel which make it even better. There are items for children, for adults and even pets. It was hard to believe this home was pet friendly, it was one of the very cleanest Airbnb's I have ever stayed in. The host's are absolutely amazing as well. Extremely responsive, kind and generous. They have taken the time to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. If you book this home, you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Very close to 5th Ave and the beach. Plenty to do between the pool, shuffle board, corn hole, and board games. The bikes and beach chairs were in use daily. Responded to any questions or requests we had. Overall a great experience.

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Dovile's condominium was perfect for our family of four. It was just like the pictures and was very clean and well stocked. It was also very convenient to Naples, Marco and the Everglades. We loved being able to walk to tennis, pickleball and the pool and we really enjoyed the wonderful golf at Lely! Dovile's responses were always extremely timely, kind and answered any and all of our questions. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

We had such a great time staying on Marco Island. We really enjoyed the view of the bay and saw dolphins a few times. We used both pools and walked the neighborhood almost every day. Our favorite spots were the Shops at Olde Marco - Smith House for breakfast, Lee Be Fish - the grouper! Live music at the Boardroom Tavern. We also enjoyed a couple visits to the Snook Inn. We were in easy driving distance to both beach access points and other great restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable and we really loved the balcony. It was great for our kid-free vacation and I would definitely recommend it!

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay! it was a very beautiful/clean condo, had everything we needed, and the recommendations from the Hosts were on point! We stayed one night on the south end of Marco at a Hotel (on our last night) on the beach with ocean front view and let me tell you, we LOVED the Air BNB more than the Hotel stay and will definitely book with these Hosts over any Hotel again! Saw Dolphins off our dock every Sunrise and Sunset at the AirBNB! We cannot wait to come back to this Condo! Thank you so much for the amazing Hosts for sharing their Home with us.
