Holiday rentals with a pool in Ave Maria

Absolutely loved staying here!! The pool was everything!! Me and my group were a little worried about distance to beach but it is so close to both the best beaches in town!! Walkable or a a short drive!! We will definitely be back!!

The house was beautiful and had a great layout! Everything you may need was available. I am a bit of a neat freak and had no worries walking into this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!! Terry was very helpful with all instructions and recommendations. You definitely don’t want to miss this diamond in the rough!!

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay. It was so clean, well equipped, and the perfect size for six adults who enjoyed being together for four days, but also had their own space!! The hosts were wonderfully responsive and accommodating with anything that we needed. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience!!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Naples, Florida. The home was absolutely immaculate — spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with all the appliances and comforts you could need. It was incredibly family-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. The swimming pool was a highlight — pristine and perfect for relaxing or playing with the kids. Even on the couple of rainy days we had, the hosts went above and beyond by sending thoughtful gifts for our children, which really made the experience extra special. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this home to any families visiting Naples. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay! The property is just a short drive from the beach and located on a quiet, safe street. Andrew was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home was spotless and clearly well maintained. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool and hot tub area, it truly felt like our own private resort oasis. We felt relaxed and right at home the entire time. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway!

Let me star by saying that this are the best host in town .... The house feels cozy from the moment you park , inside theres all you need and open patio concept is amazing to enjoy the pool area . Location is perfect . We will be back many times more

Absolutely in love with this home. It was easy to get too, central, the home itself was spotless and inviting. The pool was big, clean and enclosed. Also the pool got amazing sun light, pool was always warm and clean. The neighborhood was calm and welcoming. Great spot for families. It’s also only a short drive to many local beaches, restaurants, and malls.

Very close to 5th Ave and the beach. Plenty to do between the pool, shuffle board, corn hole, and board games. The bikes and beach chairs were in use daily. Responded to any questions or requests we had. Overall a great experience.

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Dovile's condominium was perfect for our family of four. It was just like the pictures and was very clean and well stocked. It was also very convenient to Naples, Marco and the Everglades. We loved being able to walk to tennis, pickleball and the pool and we really enjoyed the wonderful golf at Lely! Dovile's responses were always extremely timely, kind and answered any and all of our questions. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again! We had such a great time staying on Marco Island. We really enjoyed the view of the bay and saw dolphins a few times. We used both pools and walked the neighborhood almost every day. Our favorite spots were the Shops at Olde Marco - Smith House for breakfast, Lee Be Fish - the grouper! Live music at the Boardroom Tavern. We also enjoyed a couple visits to the Snook Inn. We were in easy driving distance to both beach access points and other great restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable and we really loved the balcony. It was great for our kid-free vacation and I would definitely recommend it!

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay! it was a very beautiful/clean condo, had everything we needed, and the recommendations from the Hosts were on point! We stayed one night on the south end of Marco at a Hotel (on our last night) on the beach with ocean front view and let me tell you, we LOVED the Air BNB more than the Hotel stay and will definitely book with these Hosts over any Hotel again! Saw Dolphins off our dock every Sunrise and Sunset at the AirBNB! We cannot wait to come back to this Condo! Thank you so much for the amazing Hosts for sharing their Home with us. The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and it had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. While the grounds are still recovering from the hurricane, with some visible damage, the pools are open and fully functional. Overall, it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.

The perfect staycation to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. The unit was just as described, perfectly decorated, clean and comfortable. We couldn’t ask for a better location, just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We absolutely over our stay and will return!!
