Die Südhanglage garantiert eine sanftes Wecken durch die ersten Sonnenstrahlen & Sonne bis in die Abendstunden. Der kleine Bergbach auf dem Grundstück lädt zum verweilen bis in die Nacht am Lagerfeuer ein. 150 m² frisch saniert, neues Mobiliar & eine hochwertige Küchenausstattung lassen keine Wünsch offen. Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Lehn dich zurück und entspanne – in dieser ruhigen, urigen Unterkunft am Rand von Steyrling umgeben von Bergen, Wald, Flüssen und Seen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, vom Geschirrspüler über Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab, 2xTV. Mit Sauna, Garten, Terrasse.... Zum Stausee sind es 3 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt unweit vom Haus. Im Sommer gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und die Möglichkeit, sich zu erfrischen. (200m v.Haus). Gasthaus, Bongos Pizza und Dorfladen 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Jahrhundert und wurde von uns mit viel Liebe neu renoviert und zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.
