Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Austin

Our lago vista stay was perfect. It was clean, as described, and well equipped with kitchen essentials, towels, games, and linens. Although, we were a group of 8 adults, the home can also be accommodating for children with life jackets, a playpen, and potty chair stocked. We loved the heated pool and fire pit. The location was quiet and close to a nearby grocery store and food trucks. I would definitely book another stay. Thanks for having us!

Kevin was super responsive and accommodating. The house is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. We were allowed to enter the home early to drop off luggage and met the professional cleaning staff that was preparing the house for us. Amazing stay overall. Only thing is to just be aware that the location will require you to have a car or call car services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) as it is not within walking distance to anything, which Kevin had shared with us prior to our booking so we were aware. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Hill Country cabin! The location was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. One of the best parts was how dog-friendly it was—our dogs loved it just as much as we did! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat with their furry friends!

He really shows interest in their guests having a perfect experiencel We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It is well decorated and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. There are many amenities to entertain your group, and the backyard is such a treat. I had a delightful stay at Luis’s place in Austin. What I liked the most was how minimalist the apartment felt, while at the same time very cozy and stocked with most of what I needed — an in-unit washer and dryer, for example, and a steam iron! I liked how clear Luis’s self-checking in instructions, which included pictures, were. Moreover the apartment was in a serene location conveniently located close to most places we wanted to check out. Luis and Rick were very responsive, kind, and generous when we had queries or when we made requests for items to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Luis’s place while you’re in Austin!

We had an amazing stay at in Austin! The space was immaculately clean and felt very safe and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from The Domain, which made getting around super convenient. One of the standout features for us was how dog-friendly the property is. Traveling with our pups was a breeze thanks to the thoughtful amenities, especially the on-site dog park—it made all the difference! Communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive, friendly, and made check-in/check-out incredibly smooth. Overall, this was one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! Plenty of parking spaces which was perfect for a car rental around Austin. Our beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Austin! Our host, Joey, was wonderful and extremely accommodating! The apartment is clean, very pretty, and has lots of natural light (the pictures on the website are very accurate). The location is great, with restaurants/bars (Stubb's is right next door and the BBQ was delicious!) and a coffee shop (Jo's) nearby within walking distance. There are hills in the area if anyone has walking restrictions. Uber was easy for groceries, Austin City Live at the Moody Center, and all the fun area sites, restaurants, and bars. so happy I found this place it was absolutely perfect Autumn was super sweet and nice with responses. the perfect little place for quietness and peace. perfect spot for being in Austin but not in the business of Austin but close enough to Uber places and what not.

We enjoyed this Airbnb so much, we will be back. It was a beautiful view, it rained one of the days we stayed and even still the view from the balcony and living room area was amazing. Thank you guys for hosting and doing a wonderful job at it!

I stayed here while my daughter was at orientation on campus. The location and affordability could not be beat for a visit to campus, and I was in easy walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. Hosts were also easy to communicate with and very responsive when I had questions.

Our party of nine enjoyed a great extended weekend stay at this property while in Austin for my daughter’s college graduation. The place was spotless and the scenery was beautiful. The location is a perfect combination of peaceful and accessible to everything we needed. Also, the downstairs primary bedroom and bath perfectly accommodated one of our older guests who requires a wheelchair, while the three upstairs bedrooms and sofa sleeper were just right for our large party. We will definitely stay here again and were sad to leave. Highly recommended.

We had to book a new place last minute after an issue with another booking, and Brett was quickly responsive, the place was beautiful, and the group had a great time. We had one minor issue with the jacuzzi filter, and Brett sent someone to address it within hours of us messaging him. Great place!

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Wendy's home was absolutely beautiful. The backyard area was our favorite. We loved having coffee on the back porch in the morning. In the evenings the yard games and plunge pool ended a perfect day. The location is great. River access was challenging for some of the smaller kids but we planned accordingly and made sure we had everything we needed so we only had to come back up the stairs once a day. Overall I highly recommend.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

My friends and I had an awesome time at this location! Perfect for a large group, plenty of sleeping options, a few cute restaurants within walking distance, but the rest of town is quick drive away. Highly recommend!

I highly recommended. The place is even better than the pictures. There is something for everyone from the courtyards to the bbq area to the very clean and safe swimming pool. The place had all the amenities that you would need. Sandi was very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!
