Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen, die Gastgeber Irina und Dominik waren sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend! Die Stadt ist schnell und einfach zu erreichen und selbst wenn man nicht in die Stadt möchte ist in der Unterkunft alles gegeben um vor Ort Erholung oder Spaß zu haben.

Lovely home with beautiful yard to enjoy. Home is within a 10-15 minute walk of store and train to Munich.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

This is a beautiful, peaceful retreat just outside of Munich. The home is easy to get to - GPS will take you to the correct location. There is a parking spot for a car. Aldi & Post are a 15 min. walk. Train station is a 20-25 min. walk. With bicycles it is even faster. Trains to Munich are about every 10 min. The trains are convenient - we took day trips to Zugspitze and Salzburg. Markt Schwaben is a charming town with bakeries, ice cream shops and restaurants. The walk to some of the restaurants can be 30+ min. There is also a large bicycle store. Johann's house is delightful! It has 3 bedrooms (2 lg beds & 1 futon). There are 2.5 baths and laundry. The garden is beautiful and we watched the birds around the pond morning and night. After days of being in large crowds, this home offers a calming, private respite that was perfect for my family. Johann is responsive and I highly recommend his home. Thank you, Johann for a wonderful week!

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren wie beschrieben und die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig . Super schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten von der Gastgeberin. Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Vielen Dank an Hans, der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und einfach. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft sehr nett begrüßt und sich Zeit genommen, uns das Haus zu zeigen. Und das, obwohl wir uns wegen des Verkehrs ziemlich verspätet hatten! Vielen Dank Hans, gerne wieder!

El alojamiento es mucho mejor de lo que se anuncia, es muy espacioso, iluminado,muy limpio, increíblemente silencioso y privado. Se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila y queda muy cerca del S-Bahn, además de contar con un Supermercado cercano. La zona se siente muy segura y familiar. Las instalaciones son sumamente cómodas al igual que los servicios, como la cama, la cocina y el baño. Thomas es sumamente amigable y su trato además de amable es impecable! Sin duda volveremos!. Hoy por hoy es el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado y por ello lo recomendamos ampliamente!. La verdad es que para todo lo que ofrece el costo es bastante económico. Muchas gracias por todo Thomas, nos vamos muy felices de haber tenido la oportunidad de ser tus huéspedes!.

Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

Wir haben uns im Haus von Sophia und Patrick sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es bietet viel Platz auch mit mehreren erwachsenen Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt, erreicht man mit dem Auto das P+R Neuperlach Süd, von dort ist es mit der U-Bahn etwa 25 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Krailling sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort außerhalb Münchens und sehr gut angebunden, sodass man sehr schnell in Zentrum von München sein kann. Das Haus ist wunderbar und man hat alles was man braucht. Harold, Gabriele und Lorenz waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell unsere Nachrichten und Fragen beantwortet. Vielen Dank. Ich kann auf jeden Fall den Aufenthalt bei Harold und Gabriele sehr empfehlen.

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit in einer tollen Umgebung. Das Haus ist super und entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Kommunikation lief wirklich einwandfrei und Sarah war immer hilfsbereit bei jeder auch noch so kleinen Frage. Vielen, vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit und eine einmalige Unterkunft!

Uli was a fantastic host - very responsive and proactive to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The house was easily big enough for the eight people in our group and the furnishings were very comfortable and homey. The location is perfect. We took the train to Munich, which was convenient, and we drove to Neuschwanstein, Zugspitze, Oberammergau, and several other locations - all within about an hour of the house. I will 100% stay here again when we return to this area.

Wir waren 5 Tage bei Angela und Alex und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen alten Bauernhaus. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben gut geschlafen und wir konnten den schönen großen Garten genießen. Wir können daher die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne ein weiteres Mal

Wir haben eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus inmitten eines traumhaften Gartens verbracht. Insgesamt waren wir vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder zwischen 0 und 3 Jahren. Die Aufteilung mit zwei Zimmern im Obergeschoss und gemeinsam genutztem Badezimmer war perfekt für uns mit zwei Familien. Die Küchenausstattung lässt mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Handmixer und Salatschleuder keine Wünsche offen und die Kinder waren von Bauklötzchen, Duplo und diversen Spielen entzückt. Der Garten ist riesig und wunderschön und wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Unsere Gastgeber standen uns nicht nur mit hilfreichen Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zur Verfügung, sondern verwöhnten uns auch mit frischen Brötchen und selbstgebackenem Kuchen. Sogar bei der Füllung des Planschbeckens wurden wir tatkräftig unterstützt! Georg und Giesela sind an Herzlichkeit wohl nicht zu überbieten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und sagen bis dahin Danke für einen herrlichen Urlaub bei euch!

It’s a perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the moment. A very special thank you to Sarah and Thomas, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Stayed one week. Needed a place with space to get work done. This apartment was perfect. Super comfy soft bed. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Would definitely stay again if back in the region. Highly recommended.
