Good starting point for bike tours

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Claudio's place. The landlords were extremely friendly and we felt very welcome. The accommodation has everything you need and is located in a quiet environment with a view of the mountains. Many supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible by car. The parking lot is also easy to reach and directly at the house.

This was a beautiful part of Abruzzo to stay. It was close to everything and each day we saw something new. Daniel’s father, Gino was onsite twice a day to ensure the pool was in tip top shape. The highlight was being invited to share lunch with Gino & Theresa on our last day. An interesting event with neither of us speaking any of each other’s language. (Google translate prevailed) it was a beautiful lunch together.

It was a wonderful vacation. The house is not large, but it has everything you need, including high-quality tap water that is safe to drink. There is a beautiful yard where you can relax. Nearby, there is a park, a supermarket, an inexpensive bar, and a pizzeria. The owners are very hospitable and can arrange transportation to/from the airport for a small fee upon prior agreement.

Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Right near the beach. Easy street parking nearly always available. Supermarkets close-by. The balcony/outdoor space was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, hotel-grade for sure. Each apartment has every single thing you could need or want to be a home-away-from-home. Bathroom out of a magazine, Large TVs, fast internet, all cooking utensils you could possibly need. Even included some extra "goodies" like fruit, juices and coffees for breakfast throughout the week. Host was extremely responsive, quickly addressing anything you may need. Wish I extended my stay honestly! Would've loved to have spent my whole trip here. Thanks for a wonderful stay Marcello!

I contacted Aurora on the same day of my booking, as I was traveling without destinations or plans, and she was immediately available to meet my every need. I arrived a little later than expected and she was still ready and available to welcome me with extreme kindness, showing me the apartment and explaining what Giulianova had to offer. The apartment is very close to all kinds of services and a stone's throw from the promenade. It reflects the description, clean, well-kept and equipped with basic necessities, from bathroom supplies to breakfast. If I ever find myself in the area again, I would gladly go back. Highly recommended.

Alessandra's apartment is beautiful. It is furnished with a lot of love and we lacked nothing for our stay. The view from the terrace to the old town is sensational! There are beautiful pictures throughout the apartment, including beautiful illustrated books. Really a very nice apartment, which was also very clean. We were also allowed to arrive earlier. Thank you so much! The city of Ascoli Piceno is very beautiful and there is also so much to discover in the area.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort, extremely clean and cared for in every detail. Quiet but close to the sea, which can be reached on foot . The host has a quick turnaround time and was also flexible with check-in.

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; the bathroom is very clean, the bed, sheets and wardrobe are equally so, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other properties. We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Nice flat, nice host! Superb

We only stayed one night with Luigi, but we would have liked to have stayed there longer. The apartment is huge, well equipped, very cozy and has many balconies with sea views. Location is quiet. You can quickly walk to the historic village and the castle and also drive quickly to the beach to Grotammare. Just perfect for a stay in the Marche.

Monica is one of the most helpful and friendly hosts you will ever find. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotless and Monica has thought if everything a guest may need.

Giovanni is a great host and always respond in a fast way. The apartment is modern and cozy. The location is also great and very close to the beach. There are also playground downstairs which is great for family with kids. I would like to strongly recommend Giovanni’s apartment to other travelers👍

We stayed from May 4th to May 24th. Francesca was so welcoming and kind, truly a wonderful woman. The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities anyone would require. The location was fabulous, directly across from the beach and walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops, cafes and ice cream shops serving delicious gelatos. It was a true dream vacation. I stayed in this apartment and was really satisfied! The house is cozy, clean and well organized. The kitchen is perfect, with all the necessary tools for cooking comfortably. It was really nice to find essentials like salt, oil, sugar and spices, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Not having to think about buying everything you need to cook was a real plus. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well connected area. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort and practicality!

Casoli and Mark’s apartment exceeded our expectations of a small Italian town accommodation. Mark met us personally and went over all the functions of the well appointed apartment. There was also good information in a binder in case you forget what he tells you! As well as information about the area surrounding Casoli, restaurants etc… Casoli is a great hilltop town with several cafes and a great restaurant, Il Fiore directly across from the front door! Thanks again Mark, if we don’t find our own place in Italy this trip we will definitely book your apartment for our next one.
