Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Atri

Extremely comfortable and (I think) recently renovated, since everything inside seems to be new. Very easy to reach and in a perfect location to visit the center of L'Aquila, but at the same time, a little off the beaten path from the main streets and therefore very quiet. Really helpful and kind host, although there was no need to bother him too much, since the apartment already has everything needed for a great stay. We're sorry it's already taken on the dates we'll have to go back to L'Aquila, otherwise we would definitely have come back here!

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

Patrizia's place was like I admired it,even more. really nice house, beautiful view,clean. TV in the room and in the kitchen. Shower with boiling water,as I like it. we found all the amenities we expected. House surrounded by greenery but very close to the sea. It can be reached both by bike and by car. Very well. Patrizia made us find two bicycles that we used for both days . By these means we were easily able to go to the sea. We only took the car to go to restaurants or neighboring countries. Great area,you can go anywhere. We had a great time. We will definitely be back. thank you Patrizia.

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Francesa and her husband were very nice, polite and very helpful! The location was great, in the middle of the city, close to markets, restaurants and city spots! The house is the same as in photos and very clean ! I highly recommend this apartment

The appartment was clean and just like it was in the pictures. We were three couples on our way to next destination and stopped only for one night. It was definitely worth it, we could have stayed longer. If you come by car, be prepared to search for the parking lot - it was quite sifficult for us with a big car. We got really good instructions before hand how to get in etc. The location was also perfect, close to restaurants and the centre. Also the sea is very close for a nice morning walk. I’m warmly recommending this appartment for families or groups of friends.

The apartment is a small artistic jewel. Great personality in decor and design It has all the necessary amenities and comforts (even cables by phone and PC if you forget them). the noise from the train can't be heard at all and in the morning we had breakfast on the terrace highly recommended also because you are on the beach in 5 minutes on foot!

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

A small, fine rustico. Great well-kept garden with beautiful views. The apartment is sparkling clean, in the kitchen everything you need is there. A beautiful place for rest and relaxation. Fausto is a reserved, helpful host. We felt very comfortable.

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Highly recommended! Excellent welcome on arrival, impeccable cleanliness! Absolutely nothing was missing! Sandra and her husband made us feel right at home! Really good people, you can see they care a lot about what they do! The house is a real gem! Thank you very much for everything: we will return.

The property is as described, kitchen is small but manageable. Parking is the best. The area is quiet and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The host always replied promptly when we were in doubt. There are many trabocchi along the coastline.

We stayed for the night at Sandra’s to rest during the night. Sandra is super responsive and we enjoyed our stay at her place. It is located in a beautiful region of Italy and is the perfect spot for those looking for a quiet place nestled in the mountains.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer to the sea on foot, but we liked to walk, we could rent bikes. Great place for trips to the mountains in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to return in the future.

We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt so comfortable in other places as in this one. Extremely cozy house with every amenity. Equipped with everything. Sabrina and her family are exquisite people, always available, welcoming and ready to solve any kind of problem that may arise. The sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes, but the house is a few minutes from the village of Ripatransone, a gem. Thank you for everything

Lovely place close to the mountains and helpful and welcoming hosts

Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....even live is even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things...the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband personally welcomed us when we arrived, despite our small delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to our every request. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10:00 pm...everything was resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say...thank you for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment, without a doubt!
