Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Atri

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

A truly remarkable getaway. Everything as described and more. The 360 view from the rooftop terrace is stunning. Wonderful and responsive hosts, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Incredibly clean and comfortable bedrooms too. Would love to return.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Renovated apartment with comfortable beds and very clean. Loredana has always been present at any of my requests and has been extremely kind. I recommend it for a short vacation as a starting point for various excursions in the area.

Germano was an amazing host. Very courteous, responsive and thoughtful . The home was exactly what we were hoping and exactly as shown on the web.

Miguel was very hospitable. He had water and snacks offered to me there. In addition, he let me store my bags after checking out since I did not leave Pescara until that evening on the day of check-out.

Accommodation with a sea view where it is worth spending one or more nights to relax. Great for proximity to supermarkets, tobacco shops, pharmacy and any other useful service. The waterfront and beaches of Roseto are very easy to reach.

Apartment with exceptional sea view! Clean, well-stocked, and well-furnished! Watching the sunrise from the garden was wonderful. A perfect stay for those looking for relaxation and beauty. Highly recommended!

Chiara’s place is clean and cozy. The host are friendly and very welcoming. We especially like the terrace, great place to relax and soak up the sun. It is on the busier streets, so there are streets noise and trains sounds, but the location is convenient.

Alessandra's apartment is beautiful. It is furnished with a lot of love and we lacked nothing for our stay. The view from the terrace to the old town is sensational! There are beautiful pictures throughout the apartment, including beautiful illustrated books. Really a very nice apartment, which was also very clean. We were also allowed to arrive earlier. Thank you so much! The city of Ascoli Piceno is very beautiful and there is also so much to discover in the area.

Great place to stay! Close to Vasto and the kitchen was a great amenity. The breakfast was excellent and full of lots of choices. Would highly recommend

Very stately apartment, dated but kept in a beautiful and "refreshed" way recently. There's really nothing missing except for a TV . Mila really provided everything, the kitchen, the bathroom and the super equipped rooms, all with new things. Amazing terrace with breathtaking views. Unfortunately, the stay was short. I hope to go back.

Giovanni is a great host and always respond in a fast way. The apartment is modern and cozy. The location is also great and very close to the beach. There are also playground downstairs which is great for family with kids. I would like to strongly recommend Giovanni’s apartment to other travelers👍

We stayed from May 4th to May 24th. Francesca was so welcoming and kind, truly a wonderful woman. The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities anyone would require. The location was fabulous, directly across from the beach and walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops, cafes and ice cream shops serving delicious gelatos. It was a true dream vacation. We are planning our return trip for next year. We HIGHLY recommend. Thank you again Francesca.

We had a fabulous 9 night stay at Luciano’s beautiful apartment. It is even better than shown in the photos and the view from the outside terrace and main living area is stunning. It is very central to Sulmona which has many fabulous restaurants and bars but also very quiet and peaceful and the whole apartment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in which we did a few times using the fresh local produce from the market. Luciano met us on arrival to show us round the apartment and have some great restaurant recommendations. We were in Sulmona for hiking and there are many excellent choices in the Sulmona area. It was our first visit to this area but we would love to return and would definitely stay at Luciano’s place.

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.
