Apartment holiday rentals in Atri

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was very quick to respond to questions. He also offered us to borrow bikes so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would like to come back again.

Stefano was incredibly hospitable, attentive, and responsive. Met us as soon as we arrived to help us find the location and gave us a brief tour of the penthouse. The penthouse itself was beyond our expectations. Meticulously cleaned, well-maintained, and very unique. Came stocked with extra towels of all sizes, as well as extra toilet paper and shampoo/shower gel. The car rental company gave us a much larger car than we reserved, which was not ideal for the tiny roads and parking spots in the town. However, Stefano recommended a bigger parking area, which was a tremendous help. Can’t recommend this host and this condo more. It was so nice to feel like we had a friend while in a country where we knew no one.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. We had a very good time, convenient location, Lorenzo and Adriana are wonderful people. The house is clean and well-stocked with the possibility of barbecue. We'll be back!

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! Sara's apartment was well beyond expectations! Everything is perfectly in order and clean; the differences can also be appreciated in the smallest details such as the supplies in the bathroom and kitchen of products not from discount stores but of excellent quality, first aid kit, essential oils and attached diffuser, wifi. The very bright apartment is located in a quiet area, served by an excellent garage and a large free parking lot in front of the complex. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony that offers the possibility of dining outdoors or simply enjoying a little relaxation. Sara is definitely a very attentive host and always available. I will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Chieti.

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment! The photos did not do it justice. It was beautifully decorated and spotless. Carmencita and Antonio were amazing hosts!!! They met us at the apartment to provide us with useful information about the city. They stocked the refrigerator with drinks and provided snacks. They even offered to pick us up at the beach if we decided to walk there first. We’ve stayed at many airbnb’s over the years and actually another 3 on this trip. Hands down, this was the BEST place we’ve ever stayed l. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent responsive and helpful Host, perfect home as described and clean, the only "flaw" perhaps a little inconvenient to reach the main points of interest but peace and tranquility assured. However recommended!

We had a great weekend in Pescara with friends, and this place was just perfect! Very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and ideally located close to the city center and the beach. Cinzia, was adorable from start to finish: very friendly, available, and always ready to give good advice, especially on restaurants and places not to be missed. She really made our stay easier. Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt so comfortable in other places as in this one. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.

Romina was a wonderful hostess. She was kind enough to pick us up at the bus station and even took us to the bus station for our return. She had pizza and pastries waiting for us as it was a late arrival. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. They have taken care to ensure you are very comfortable. We felt right at home. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Was very convenient for walking around central Lanciano. We can’t thank Romina enough for all her kindness. Will be looking forward to a return to this apartment and Lanciano.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is even larger than we thought it would be. It was clean and with lot of little details, which make you feels home. Alessandra was also very helpful and communicative. I would book the flat anytime again

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... Definitely recommend!

We spent a very pleasant week in Michele's apartment, equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is also very pleasant and organized. Michele was always very helpful in recommending us and also in welcoming us! If we go back to the area, we know where to go! Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

What an amazing place! You find yourself in a beautiful villa, surrounded by a well groomed garden with pond with lilies and jumping cute frogs. I stayed in the attic, but Felice and his brother and dad completely renovated and modernised the place. It’s very comfortable, you have your own kitchen with everything you need, huge bathroom and bedroom. And my car was parked on the property. Hosts are very friendly, respectful and respond to all inquiries. Will definitely come back! Thank you, Felice!

We were very satisfied with our stay, the proximity to the beach as well as the swimming pool in the residence is an asset. Complimenting the language barrier Lorenzo was very welcoming and it was made available, the point to correct is the noise of the air conditioner both inside and the group outside that disturbed us our sleep.
