“My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here. Susan was so thoughtful and left us a bottle of wine, a heart balloon and some cake! This place was such a nice getaway! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathtub (which is honestly what sold us on this place) was amazing! My partner and I did some grocery shopping before arriving and cooked all of our meals at Susans during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook any meal, we even used the outdoor gas grill one night. Hot tub and pool were great, the property is beautiful, surrounded by nature. We got to see the chickens, and meet the baby goats. Friendly dog and cats too! Oh and Susan even provided us with some farm fresh chicken eggs for our breakfast. We felt at home, everything was super comfortable. Incredible amenities. Would come back for sure! Take a drive to Paso Robles and take River Rd. all the way there. The landscape and houses are beautiful! Thank you so much Susan for being an incredible host and making our stay easy and comfortable.”
The Cottage at Old Morro is the perfect stop for your Central Coast adventure! Tastefully appointed and well stocked, the cottage is perfect for a getaway to Paso Robles wine country, the beach, San Luis Obispo, hiking trips or the famous HWY 1! The cottage is set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees adjacent to a beautiful white barn with overhead twinkling bistro lights.
“What you see in the images is exactly what you get! A beautiful and tasteful cottage that was so homey to come back to every night. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a full meal along with a Keurig for morning coffee. The surrounding area was peaceful and charming and it was the perfect location for us because we wanted to explore both Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. This cottage sits in the perfect spot to explore all the surrounding areas and with April’s local recommendations of eateries and activities you can’t go wrong!”
