Patterned concrete walls blend with exposed ceiling beams for a cohesive look. Take in the view of the entire valley. From city hall to the lakeside zoo on the large shared patio. Detached suite with private access. No Pets Allowed. Enjoy the modern feel of the suite and it’s many amenities. Disconnected from the main home with private entrance kick back in the comfortable living area or occupy your time in the luxurious workspace provided. If you prefer, partake of a glass of wine while enjoying the surrounding nature and the fabulous views from the large upper-deck. It’s a sensation of being on top of the world! Amenities: - Private Entrance - Suite is a separate building on property. Not connected to main home. - King-sized comfortable and solid foam mattress - Sitting area with couch and coffee table (Couch can sleep an adult or child) - A 55" 4KHD Smart TV with ROKU or simply connect to your online Amazon Prime/ Netflix accounts and mobile devices for watching movies - Office desk and workspace - Private bathroom and shower - Quality linens and towels - Coffee maker and assorted tea for the best start to any day. - Microwave, Two-door refrigerator, Knives & Cutlery Accessories, Dinnerware, Glassware, and Silverware Upper Large Deck. Great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Has table and chairs. Most of the time we are around the property. We are always open to sharing a glass of wine but also want to be courteous and respect your privacy and will never intrude on your stay. If needing laundry service or suggestions of wineries or restaurants we are here to help. Watch local wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, quail, foxes, and squirrels. Despite its beautiful countryside setting in the west hills of Atascadero, the suite is conveniently located close to downtown, wineries, and the coast. Uber is a great way to get around. There are many local winery and brewery tours available by local providers. There are two outdoor cats that wander the 3 acre property. In respect to other guest who might have allergies please don't let them in the suite. They are friendly and like attention. There is a bench by the suite entrance that they like to sit on and say hello. We have one indoor cat and one indoor dog in the main house. Note the suite is disconnected from the main house. Occasionally they wander the deck when having a glass of wine. They are super friendly and sweet. Location: Our suite is centrally located between the coast and the North County wineries. Located off the 41, across the street from Atascadero Zoo and also right off highway 101. Additionally, there are many great restaurants, movies, parks and coffee shops near to enjoy. It is a short distance to the beautiful central coast line where you can enjoy kayaking, boating and shopping. Cal Poly is a 15 minute drive.

Romantic Getaway at a Guesthouse near Downtown Atascadero

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

Beautiful surroundings! Felt private even though the space was attached to the owner’s home. Very, very clean and free of clutter, which we appreciated. Bed was extremely firm, but we liked it. Our personal preference would be standard size pillows and not quite so poofy, but others may like these. The view was amazing and peaceful. We saw deer on the road up to the place and even a skunk! Would definitely stay here again and do recommend.

Our second stay here and exceeded our expectations (again) in every way. It’s everything you want from an AirbNb and perfect for 2 couples. It’s clean, well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I love the outside sitting area. It’s so peaceful and feels like home away from home. Chelsea was such an amazing and sweet host! This little getaway spot was perfect, with great access to neighboring cities and SLO. The space itself was amazing and so cozy. The pulldown projector was perfect for movies and we were able to just log into our streaming services super easy on her FireTV. For as close as it is to the highway, it feels very secluded and you really cannot hear any cars. Chelsea was beyond helpful and responsive and we had an amazing stay. Would 100% recommend!!

What a wonderful surprise to pull on a property of 40 acres , driving through the meadow to come up to the cutest little red cabin. Everything you could've wanted or needed for a romantic weekend getaway ! After a fun time of wine tasting in the city to return to the the hills of Paso , to the cutest little porch to continue drinking wine . All the beautiful animals on the property and of course the most gracious host . thank you thank you for a wonderful weekend!
