Family-friendly holiday rentals in Astúrias Beach

House with the personality of the residents, getting elderly and needing some touches. We went to 3 adults, we used the 2 air-conditioned rooms. Bathrooms ok, comfortable beds. Location good for tours, but we have no way to evaluate about structure on foot, as we did everything by car. We just miss the TV (we got a full day of rain) and microwave. But we were warned before the TV, and the internet worked super well.

Our city without words, this is the third time I have been to the house at Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention that I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. Without a doubt, I recommend this space to everyone, who is not going to regret it. Complete house, with everything you need. The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. Super easy to identify the house, easy entrance, Daniela responded quickly, always friendly. The Clean Pool. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

My whole family loved our stay at Ively’s house. There were 12 of us and the house had more than enough room for all of us. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and pristine. Would definitely visit again.

My family and I spent the weekend at the ap and it was wonderful, the atmosphere is super cozy, it has all the utensils, it is close to the beach and very spacious place as the photos show. Super recommend!!

The studio has an incredible view, was clean, well equipped with utensils, Gisele responds very quickly, the building has a foosball table, pool, gym and a mini market, the location is very good, I certainly recommend.

This place was definitely great to stay in. The owner was so helpful and communicated with us really good about the place and places to go. The place itself was super clean and looked just like the pictures, beautiful place to stay and the view was very nice as well. We walked to the beach and gave us a full service with chairs, umbrellas for free, food and drinks to purchase !!! Our experience there was awesome !! A Malu and Mr. Jose are amazing, super attentive, helpful and patient with my various questions. The kitchen was super equipped, I can't remember anything we needed that wasn't there, even a pizza cutter was available! Impeccable location, super close to the beach. Comfortable bed and the “mesona” in the living room for 8 people provided us with great meal times, just like Sunday lunch with the family. Malu's special attention in providing blankets, because we had a very cold weekend, was incredible, they were really warm. Just one point of opportunity, nothing that discredits, some outlets are old, we need some adapters to charge the laptop. Malu, I wish you much more success and thank you for everything! I and my family love the apartment and the view is AMAZING! It is right in front of Asturias beach and close to the other beaches, feirinha, bakery, shopping. Everything was clean, and the way we saw in the ad. I definitely want to go back more often in the apartment. Our stay was Wonderful! Grata for everything!

The house is beautiful, very well decorated and cozy, with an excellent structure to welcome families or groups of friends. The location is a great highlight: it is very close to Pernambuco Beach and Mar Casado, as well as being a few minutes from Pão de Açúcar, which makes it much easier for those who want to make the most of Guarujá. However the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. We found some points that could be better taken care of in this aspect, which impacted the first impression a little. With a greater attention to cleanliness, the experience would certainly be perfect. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the house's potential is enormous. With minor adjustments, it becomes one of the best options in the region!
