Alexandre's space is great!! Wonderful infrastructure, building with a great leisure area, a highlight here for the kids space that was super leveraged by my daughter. Building well located, close to everything! We are sure to be back soon.

Jussara was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions and she responded very fast. Lovely space, very friendly doormen as well as being walkable to so many things including the beach.

Alex's apartment is impeccable. everything is new, well organized, clean, the apartment is comfortable, close to the market and also the beach. Still a quiet place with no noise. The experience was surreal, the view of the spread and all the comfort it offers is impressive, we don't need sunny days to enjoy the accommodation a lot! Very well located apartment with a market nearby, very well equipped with kitchen utensils, all of which makes the visual experience even more impressive! Worthy of a movie! The attendant Samara was spectacular, kind and efficient at all times! He provided us with incredible service! By far one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had!

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As a caveat, it can be noted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Great stay, everything was clean and organized. The air conditioning saved us, because it was really hot. The host was very nice, gave the necessary support and tips on beaches and places to go. Very close to the beach, about 2 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants and there is a market downstairs, which makes it easier if you need anything! Everything excellent!

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

The house is great. The village has completely met our expectations. Even in the cold we enjoyed the sauna, heated pool and barbecue area. All very pleasant. Renata is very good at communicating and always willing to help with whatever I needed. I recommend it for those who want pleasant moments with the family.

Great stay in an impeccable home We rented this house in Guarujá to reunite our family and the experience was excellent. The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, well-equipped, clean and very well maintained. All rooms are comfortable and functional, ideal for large groups. The outdoor area is a standout, perfect for moments of leisure and rest. The entire structure has fully met our expectations. We would also like to thank the responsible team, which was extremely attentive, cordial and efficient throughout the stay. I highly recommend and we will certainly return at another time.

We love the place, cozy, clean and organized apartment... the condominium is beautiful, super quiet and safe... right in front of the beach... if you have another opportunity I would come back here again. Pedro was very cool.
