Cozy cottage, ideal for family and friends. A beautiful place to enjoy the view, play sports, share a grill. We are only 2 h from Lima, 15' from the boulevard of Asia and Rosario beach. The house has a pool at room temperature (NO HEATER) grill, cylinder, a large front garden, picnic table and board games. Sapito, fulbolito. The condominium has games for children, synthetic grass fulbito court, multipurpose and pedestrian court.
