The house is very spacious and what I liked was that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It's well located, 1 block from the beach. The only thing I would suggest to make it a divine place is that the pool be heated to enjoy it even when it's not so hot. Otherwise, it's very cozy

We spent some incredible days in this beach house with my family (we were 6 people). Everything was super good - the house is very comfortable, with beautiful finishes and just steps from the beach. We also quite enjoyed the pool and restaurant of the club which was very rich. We had a little inconvenience with the thermal that didn't turn on, but they fixed it very quickly and were always attentive for us to have a great stay. We will definitely be back soon!

The days we were in the house we had a fabulous time. The house is spacious and nicely cared for and has a jacuzzi. From the living room you can see the pools and private beach, and this view is spectacular. Due to being within a private condominium, the place is very quiet and has several amenities. The Host is very friendly and attentive, and always willing to attend to any inquiries. Our family would definitely come back.

My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view of the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily pace. In addition, the host was super friendly and attentive at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

We had a very nice time, the administration of the condominium is very organized and provides useful information. Proper access of the roads to the condominium, in peak hours there was low Internet reception, but in general the house is super recommended

We spent a few incredible days in Pulpos. The place was spotless, super organized, and one of the greatest pleasures was listening to the ocean waves from the place, a lot of peace was breathed. The host was very responsive and flexible. We were able to work remotely without problems thanks to the good internet. A great plus was that they accepted our pet, Rockito, who also enjoyed the place a lot. Would definitely recommend this house and come back enchanted 🫶🏽

Nice apartment, comfortable, with everything you need. And it has a spectacular view of the ocean. The host is always attentive and responds quickly. He was also very flexible in extending the departure time to celebrate Mother's Day on Sunday without any problems. 100% recommended.

We had a great stay! For starters, the house was very nice and very clean, something that is very important for me; everything was spotless and tidy. The house is very cozy and the condominium super quiet, we didn't have any inconvenience, it was all very relaxing in a very warm environment. The condominium security personnel were very friendly and reliable, always willing to help us with a smile. The beach is very quiet and without many people, in addition to having the pool of the house and the condominium. Carol was very kind at all times too and super clear with the directions, as I say, we did not have a stress or a problem at any time, we definitely hope to return soon, it was a very beautiful disconnection weekend. The casita is highly recommended.

Amazing View! The apartment is very well located and with a wonderful view. It has 3 bedrooms being 1 with king bed and 2 with double beds. Close to several wonderful restaurants like La Mar and El Mercato. It has a beautiful public green area in front of the building, good for walks and sightseeing. If you are going to Lima and wish to stay in Miraflores, I recommend this apartment.

Great, grand apartment with great views. Really good location, walkable, lift goes all the way into the apartment. Roxana has the place squeaky clean for us and had fantastic local recommendations available, too. We also like the old style, grand furniture. The only thing I would have liked to have is heating, as it wasn’t the warmest… Overall definitely recommend it! ☺️
