Loved it! Just what we needed for a quick getaway. Close to downtown Boone and was a very comfortable stay.

Our family stayed at Susan’s home over Memorial Day weekend. The check in process was simple. When we walked in, we felt right at home! The house was exceptionally clean, inviting with peaceful surroundings and mountain views. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were also very clean. The living area accommodated our family of 6 just fine! We loved the large porch with chairs and a nice swing. Susan was an amazing host and also responsive! We will definitely stay here again!

We’d loved staying at Brenna’s place! The hot tub and heated floors in the bathroom were a hit for the adults, and the toys were a huge hit for my toddler! We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, peaceful location. Fully stocked and easy access. The country setting is a perfect way to relax.

My husband and I stayed for a month at the house and absolutely loved it. It was peaceful and beautiful with the music of a rushing streamf filling the house everyday when we opened up the French doors. It was refreshing to see that the house actually matched all of the photos and the amenities that were listed. It was great to have a grocery store and a restaurant within 15 minutes of the house. we loved it so much. we're going to come back again next year.

Amy’s place was perfect! Exactly as shown in photos, had everything we could’ve possibly needed, & she left water bottles on the counter for our arrival :) We had a quick one night stay and Amy’s rental was great for us.

D.J. was a great host! The place was nice and clean and looked just like the pictures posted. It’s in a great location and 12-15 min from Boone and Blowing rock. I will definitely be renting from him again and staying in this particular location. The only complaint I have is that the shower didn’t get at hot as we wanted it to and the upstairs neighbors were a little loud (which was out of the hosts control). Overall, I’d stay here again! This was my first stay at an Airbnb, and it was lovely and peaceful. I instantly felt right at home and recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Mountain City. Debbi was a wonderful host!

Boone cocoon was very close to the hustle and bustle of Boone but felt very private and peaceful. It's close if not walkable to many amenities and King st and campus. Really the best of both worlds and definitely recommend.

My friend and I visited West Jefferson to attend a 3-day art workshop at the Florence Thomas School of Art. The Uptown Loft was conveniently located near the school and the it was delightful to be right in the downtown area to explore the city and find good dining experiences. The Loft itself was true to how it was described and well stocked with amenities. Very clean and well furnished. We would definitely consider staying again if we re-visit West Jefferson. Thanks Ken.

Kelly’s place was wonderful! It is the most well stocked air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were all very comfortable and the space was great for 6 of us. The coffee shop next door is great and all of downtown Jefferson is walkable. We were in town with our 4 kids and were able to enjoy the library and large park right up the street. Kelly contacted us about an issue before we even noticed it. She was wonderful. We will stay here again when in town!

We were the downstairs unit but unlike a lot of downstairs mountains unit it is not damp *at all*. Excellent location and great unit.

The view was beautiful! And it was a cozy stay and very close to sugar mountain ski resort! Which we loved! It even snowed the first two days and last day and it was beautiful the snow was so fluffy! Also as a housekeeper myself the place was freshly clean! :)

Whitney was very personable, couldn’t figure out the gate and she took a personal call without hesitation to help. So close to all the great places in town.we will be back.

Amanda’s hidden gem was an amazing spot for me and my boyfriend to escape reality from! Check-in was very easy, and her space was very easy to find. Her space looks just like the pictures and we felt right at home. Amanda was also kind enough to supply some light snacks and coffee cups for the place which we were very grateful for! It was very clean, and we felt very safe and right at home. We were also able to have access to the country club, which we went for the hot tub which was so nice! The view from the balcony was amazing!! Overall, we loved our stay with Amanda and we will be back for a ski trip!! :)

Absolutely beautiful location! I’ve been wanting to check out the Art of Living retreat center and staying here was a perfect way to explore without having to attend a retreat. It’s just a short walk from the cafeteria, and there’s lots of drop in activities on the campus. It was stunning and perfect for a recharge!

I can not say enough about this beautiful little gem in the woods! It was so well decorated and all the little thoughtful additions, like a bag of local coffee and heated bed covers were just perfect and exactly what I needed for this get away to reconnect with myself and nature. I barely left the condo, because the view was so spectacular and how cozy the home felt! I was visited by a bunch of different birds on the cute patio where I painted a few of them as I sipped coffee and just listened to the breeze ruffle the leaves or rain shower that softly fell! Definitely hope to return very soon!

Trey’s place hit all the marks for what I needed - clean, cozy, comfy, and affordable. Bonus points for an amazing loose leaf tea selection, gorgeous mountain views at sunrise and sunset, and close to everything I wanted to do in the area. (Grandfather Mtn, Linville Falls, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster were on my list - did them all in a day.) All instructions were clear and easy, and I had everything I needed for an enjoyable weekend away in the NC mountains. Go stay here and support western NC!! I hope to come back again soon :)
