Absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was exactly what we needed—secluded, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Surrounded by nature, it felt like a true escape from the hustle of daily life. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up to make us feel at home. The quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind and recharge. We’ll definitely be back!

The view of the lake from the living room is one of the best in LandHarbor. The house is very well equipped - everything you need to enjoy, cook, a covered patio, and comfortable beds. I will be back again!

I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway! Ruth’s place in Galax was the perfect escape after a hectic end to the school year. The home was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained—exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. Ruth was a thoughtful and responsive host, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The quiet surroundings and small-town charm made it even more special. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

This place was a gem. The views were absolutely stunning—whether it was sunrise with coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery never got old. Inside, it felt like home from the moment I walked in. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together with everything I needed. You can tell the host really cares about creating a welcoming space. That’s why we’ve rented this place in the past as well.

The condo was well maintained and included everything our family of 4 needed to have a good time. The facility offered shuttles to the distant parking area which was appreciated. The location is beautiful. Onsite food selection at the pantry is minimal, definitely recommend grocery shopping prior to arrival. The location is 20-30 minutes from attractions in Boone.

Our family loved staying at Jared’s home. Lovely space, quiet but easy to get to Boone and Blowing Rock. Plenty of room for a family of five and we will certainly try to stay here again next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. (Hiking, wineries, visiting Boone, blowing rock and linville falls). The location was peaceful and as described in the listing. The host was very quick to respond when we had a little trouble with the electronic door lock. Heads up that both bathrooms are only accessed through the bedrooms which was a little annoying for our group but manageable. We absolutely loved the hot tub and definitely would have utilized the pool and tennis courts if we’d stayed longer.

Comfortable big home. I would absolutely recommend this for any bigger groups looking for a place to stay. I can’t think of one bad thing about it. It’s all great!

Katie and Paula were so sweet and easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed and more. They even brought us fresh baked cookies from a local bakery. We will be staying here again next time we are in North Carolina.

What a beautiful mountain get away!! The cabin was very clean, smelled great, and very cozy. We loved spending time on the porches taking in the fresh air. We also loved how secluded the area was with beautiful scenery leading up to the house. Had a great time exploring West Jefferson!

Our stay was amazing it’s close to town but private at the same time. We had a surprise visit with some deer it was snowing and beautiful!!! Definitely recommend, we would love to stay there again :)

**Exceptional Stay with a Responsive Host** Whitney was an outstanding host—attentive, helpful, and quick to respond. When we encountered a minor issue with the HVAC and had to make a last-minute itinerary change, she handled everything smoothly and efficiently. The house itself was breathtaking, situated in a lovely area with stunning views. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Each bedroom—except the kids’ bunk room—had its own private bathroom, which was a wonderful convenience. Its central location made exploring Boone, West Jefferson, and other nearby attractions easy and enjoyable. Whether you're planning a family reunion or simply looking for a peaceful retreat, this property is a fantastic choice. We wouldn't hesitate to book this place again

loved our stay! great location, only about 45 minutes from Grayson highlands state Park to go see wild ponies. The property also along the New River, so we brought our inflatable paddle boards and went for a short paddle up river and then floated back down (don't recommend unless you are experienced with river paddling safety). Everything about our stay was wonderful and we hope to stay again in the future

Beautiful Mountain View’s at this peaceful, secluded cabin. A little tricky to find, cell reception up there is not great. Have printed directions before you go. No closets but lots of hooks on the doors. We were up there for a wedding and it worked perfectly for 6 of us. Very well-appointed kitchen.

Extremely beautiful cabin and location. The view was amazing got to watch numerous deer feed in the field across the street from the balcony. Enjoyed listening to the river rushing by every day. Was able to experience snow the first day and even go to do a little sledding. Steve was very responsive to our questions and the cabin was peaceful and very clean. Great stay and will definitely be back in the future.

Cannot wait to book another stay. We visited during the cold weather and did not get to make good use of the outdoor space. The indoor space was warm, cozy and inviting. The views were spectacular. We want to return and put our kayaks on the New River during warmer weather of course. Highly recommend!!!!!
