NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Fantastic family vacation at Walchsee/Kössen

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of the Walchsee and the Kaisergebirge mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski track, in summer the swimming lake near the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, is ideal for skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and is a 10-minute drive away. The free ski bus, which operates as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl holiday region in summer, virtually stops at the front door!
