In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. We offer a cozy, newly furnished 2 room apartment with wonderful mountain views in a converted farmhouse on the outskirts of Bernau. The farm is located in a quiet and dreamlike location. To the north is Lake Chiemsee, to the south the mountains. Direct access to the hiking trails to the first Chiemgauer Almen. Old Salinweg / Kampenwand / Gedererwand 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes by foot to the center of town. 15 minutes by bike and 10 minutes by car to Lake Chiemsee.

Ideal gelegen, zwischen München und Salzburg ( je 45 Minuten), schnell zu erreichen und doch ruhig und mitten im Wald haben wir unsere alte Werkstatt in eine kleine Wohnung mit Bad und Küche verwandelt. Der Raum ist ca. 45 qm groß, in Lehmbauweise gestaltet und hat ein großes Sitzfenster zum Wald hinaus. Im Außenbereich können unsere Gäste nach Absprache die Feuerstelle nutzen. Für Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin, Fußballplatz und Tischtennisplatte.
