Casa very good We like it a lot, I spent a few days with my family, the kids loved the pool

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

We spent some amazing days in Arraial Do Cabo. Although check-in was after 2:00 pm. We spoke to Valeria and very friendly allowed us to enter at 7 in the morning as soon as we arrived in Arraial !!! He showed us everything and whenever we send a message, he responded with a good predisposition. The apartment is beautiful, it was spotless. With everything you need and more. The complex is super safe, has a pool, bar, security, playground for kids, sauna. It's great. The beach that is super close is Praia Grande. We always went at sunset after going to other beaches. It has a supermercado chico 3 blocks and other places already closer to the center that is already 7 blocks away... we move in uber for all sides as it is super economical nowadays. Super compliant. Undoubtedly if we go back to Arraial we would go back to that place. It's not downtown, but perfect. Thank you Valeria for your good predisposition for everything!!!!

I 100% recommend the place, it's nicer than for photos, super tidy. The beach is in front and is very beautiful. We rent a car and we were in 5 min from all places. Great location, very quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful apartment, with a sensational view! Super clean, spacious and very tidy. We were 4 people (2 couples) and we settled in very well, with privacy in the rooms. The apartment has 2 very large bedrooms, with beds that are exactly as in the photos, one of them being a suite and the other having a bathroom almost next door (almost a second suite). Both rooms have air conditioning working properly and have wifi available for guests. The kitchen is equipped with the basic utensils you need to cook (frying pan, plates, cutlery, glasses, water filter...)

I was on site with my wife and our two b*****s. The house is exactly like in the pictures and is extremely cozy. The place is peaceful, safe and easy to get to. The host was very attentive from the first moment. Equipped house, clean pool and days of great tranquility. We'll be back for sure.

Mônica is very attentive and proactive, the house was impeccable, she always responded with great cordiality and speed, she was flexible with the check-in time. When the house met and exceeded expectations, most places needed to get the car out of the garage, very well located at the entrance of the Park, the condominium is a charm apart, the same has in the back of Praia Grande, that is, you go on foot, you will have every day the sun sunrise of the Monica window and the sunset and an incredible rock (at the back of the condominium), every day, for those who like to make their own food the kitchen meets in every way, has a supermarket nearby, bakery, and convenience stores. Simply surrender to this adventure and go, fun is guaranteed. I hope I was able to help you with something.

My experience at Casa Athens was excellent! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A highlight aside is the wonderful view of the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the Host was very considerate, helpful, and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and undoubtedly I will return on an upcoming visit to Arraial do Cabo!

Excellent stay in Arraial! Excellent views and comfort. The apartment looked just like the photos and was in impeccable condition. Extra point the best beach in Arraial (Pontal do Atalaya) just 5'by car from the apartment.

We stayed as a couple, with our dog, and we loved the experience! The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the beach. Frank was an extremely friendly and polite host, he welcomed us very well and shared valuable tips that made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

The accommodation is simply wonderful! Nice was super kind, already gave great directions for tours and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, just like in the pictures. Very comfy and cozy space. The condominium is also amazing, we love the food at the restaurant, the place is very beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend it!!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
