Our stay was super quiet and the apartment is cozy and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, the laundry room was able to extend clothes and dried quickly. The other rooms are ok too, the same as the photo. We went by car and he stayed in the internal garage and it brought us security. The location is close to the beach. We miss places to eat at night; we walk to the center and close to the Angels beach and we managed to walk (20min). Overall, for us everything was ok.

Myself and my family love hosting. The house cleaning is impeccable, the house is very well decorated, in the kitchen it has all the items to cook, the view from the house to the big beach is stunning, the condominium is very quiet, it made you want to live there....It has restaurants a few steps, supermarkets, pharmacy and others. You can do everything on foot. I was very well received by the staff Sandra and Paula (very polite). Mr. Carlos, was always very kind and helped me with everything I needed. Let's go back to stay for more days.

The stay was wonderful. The Cláudia that received us was very attentive, it passed all the information on the site. The water pressure in the bath was perfect, comfortable beds, is next to the beach, sleeping with the noise of the sea which is amazing. I will recommend it to my friends, because it was worth a lot.

We loved the stay. The apartment was clean and smelling good. Very well equipped, airy and functional. We have given us several very useful tips. The only point of improvement is with respect to privacy because the curtains do not block the light or prying eyes. I recommend blackout installation in all 4 windows.

You could go to Praia Grande also in a short time walking. Extremely quiet and calm neighborhood to go out at any time. Bakery next door and market, Going down the stairs for 2 minutes already leaves you in the center and where the market is... very easy to find. Monica is very friendly and always attentive to give maximum comfort. Great tips for tours and the house lacked nothing. Very fresh, comfortable, cozy and the kitchen is extremely complete to prepare all the meals you want. I recommend it to everyone and I'm sure you won't regret it

The house is as described, has 3 floors and is very close to one of the best beaches of Arraial in my opinion. It had all the basic items and even a filter with chilled water. The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to make better use of the pool space, which is also a delight.

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes Check-in and Check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). The living room has a TV, and the balcony has a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!
