Mônica is very attentive and proactive, the house was impeccable, she always responded with great cordiality and speed, she was flexible with the check-in time. When the house met and exceeded expectations, most places needed to get the car out of the garage, very well located at the entrance of the Park, the condominium is a charm apart, the same has in the back of Praia Grande, that is, you go on foot, you will have every day the sun sunrise of the Monica window and the sunset and an incredible rock (at the back of the condominium), every day, for those who like to make their own food the kitchen meets in every way, has a supermarket nearby, bakery, and convenience stores. Simply surrender to this adventure and go, fun is guaranteed. I hope I was able to help you with something.

Our stay was simply wonderful! Since the beginning of the reservation, we have been very well served by host Cláudia, always attentive, helpful and ready to answer all questions. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted with great affection and attention by Mr. Antônio and Dona Cira, who showed a genuine and welcoming hospitality. They made me and my family truly feel at home. The house is extremely functional and very well-equipped, which directly contributed to our comfort and practicality throughout the stay. The rooms are well distributed and spacious airy, ideal for welcoming the whole family with peace of mind. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made it much easier to prepare meals. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, smelling bedding. The toilets were also impeccable, with good water pressure and excellent showers. Undoubtedly, it was an unforgettable stay

Our stay was excellent! The place is great, very clean, organized and comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and efficient, and he was super attentive in allowing us to check in early, as we arrived early and the property was already available. The location is also a strong point: in less than 2 minutes on foot we were already on the beach. The region is very quiet, perfect for resting. I recommend for sure and would host again!

Very good stay, the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. We asked Marilanda for a transformer to connect the hair dryer and we had it in time. Very beautiful view, excellent location near everything. The only thing is that there are many steps to climb. I counted 90 steps, so I do not recommend it if you have little mobility. The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice, very well organized and safe gated condominium. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 suites and a bedroom without a bathroom, plus a bedroom with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very large and super complete kitchen and room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has barbecue and cooktop already with gas, very nice place. The pool is small but it answered what we needed. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cut, because in the morning there was a lot of clarity. Great safe condominium house and helpful host, super recommend!

The stay was perfect! The house matches the description and photos exactly. I was pleasantly surprised, as one of the rooms has two double beds, which was great for us. I recommend that, when booking, you bring personal items such as toilet paper and towels. I forgot to bring a towel and there was only one available for me and my husband. Otherwise, everything went well, and the girl Erica who received us was very kind and receptive to us!

I and my wife like it very much. The place is very cozy and very quiet. It was great for relaxing as a couple. Luciana was an excellent host, very attentive. The experience was very pleasant. It was worth it!

Although it is somewhat isolated from the city (I rented it) the loft is worth every penny. Extremely quiet place, you wake up and sleep with the sound of the sea! The hydromassage is another strong point, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, this is the place! To check-in and checkout was also very easy to do. I will definitely return again!!!!

Patrícia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived so late, Patricia gave us two more bonus hours to check out to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!
