Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arnolds Park

10 out of 10! I will be staying here again during our next Okoboji trip. The home is so spacious, has literally anything and everything that you could need. The beds and linens were perfection (in fact I bought the comforter online while we were there). The extra parking across the street was perfect to park our truck and trailer since we brought our boat. And the VIEW!!!! I can’t say enough good things about this home and we look forward to staying here again 😁

We loved our stay! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. We came to relax and this was the perfect place. We loved the location where we can hangout outside or inside. You can fish off the dock and bring the boat up to the dock. Sarah was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this stay!

This home is beyond beautiful. It’s decorated so lovely. I love a clean rental and it was spotless!!! I was in town for a wedding so I didn’t get to fully enjoy the home! I will definitely be back for a vacation and excited to rent this gem again!!!!

As I came into Brents home, my smile became larger and larger, as I moved from room to room. It was the perfect place for our family of 10! Kid friendly and Dog friendly! We fished, enjoyed a day trip to Arnolds Park, and loved just enjoying each other in a beautiful home!

We had a great stay. The property owner was very welcoming. We had a short stay ~ only 1 night, which is all we needed. The Master suite is upstairs and the other 3 bedrooms are in the basement with a full kitchen & living area. If you need a home to spread out in, this BNB can accommodate large groups easily. The back yard is spacious as well and there was plenty of room for out dog to run around. This BNB is located in a more commercial part of town but offered plenty of security and was very peaceful. Bathrooms were luxurious and everything was clean and well organized. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Laundry on the main floor and half bath of the kitchen. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great place to crash, over all clean, plenty of fresh towels! There are no closest or dressers though.. which I may have missed in the listing, but either way when you rent a house type space I feel as though you should have somewhere to put your belongings. Other than that, very affordable find!

We had a wonderful stay at Janie’s condo in Okoboji with our 3 kids. Great view of the water, easy access on ground floor, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and has everything you need! The kids enjoyed using the Spike Ball game outside. The fire table outside is a nice plus for chillier days. Highly recommend choosing Janie’s condo!

Cozy, romantic, spiritual, special place. Okiboji and Amazing Grace. Beautiful yard, space. Lake across the street. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for about 2weeks with my brother had no issues jared taught us how to use the fireplace and was very friendly

Our family felt right at home. They had full accommodations, everything we needed as if staying at our own home. Everything was clean and functional. Being it is a basement apartment, you can occasionally here them walking on the upper floor, so hopefully we weren't to loud for them! Their stairs to the entry door were difficult for our grandmother, but Jesse accommodated by allowing us to walk through their yard on the opposite side to avoid the stairs. Would definitely stay again at this location.

It was a very nice older rustic place with a lot of charm and uniqueness. Everything was real easy to figure out and accommodating definitely would recommend.

Our stay was awesome!! From the quick responses to the local tourist recommendations, Kathryn was an awesome host! We felt nice and cozy in cabin 179, and felt safe in the neighborhood area. Great house, great town!

We needed a place to unplug for a couple of days and it was perfect! Well equipped kitchen and charming nautical theme. Spacious backyard on a paved public trail. We visited off season to enjoy the quiet beaches, parks, coffee shops and a candy store.

Jill was amazing to communicate with. The house is awesome with great decor and fully equipped with everything you would need. The back patio with pond is so relaxing. House is located close to an entrance so easy to get in and out. We had a gret stay and wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend. Thank you Jill for being so great to work with.

Kids absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Even had fishing poles for them to use and plenty of fish in the pond for them to catch and release. Hosts were great and very responsive.
