Apartment holiday rentals in Arnolds Park

I would highly recommend Matt at Gina‘s place in Spirit Lake. Very easily accessible to a lot of different attractions and a very nice, clean place that had everything you needed for a nice weekend stay. We will definitely stay there again if we can.

We LOVED Jesse's place. It was clean, comfy, safe and has everything we needed. Comfy beds, upscale bedding, fluffy towels and really nice furniture. You can tell he put a lot of effort into the decor and amenities. I give this place a 10 out of 10! We're already talking about coming back next year! He's very responsive, texts back very quickly.

The cutest little place! Perfect location for our getaway! It was 100 degrees when we visited and the air conditioning was amazing! Our friends and I felt at home while we were there! Thanks so much! Hope to stay again!

This is a great little spot if you’re looking to do most of your eating out as there’s only a small fridge and a microwave. We enjoyed it and it was exactly what we needed. It’s walking distance to all of the fun. We were definitely stay again.

Great, inexpensive stay in Spencer! Came in town for a graduation. We were surprised that food, coffee, a park, and a card/comic store were all walkable for us! A few minor things come with an old building, but were clearly explained, including a note in the room about the dehumidifier, A/C, etc…. would stay again!

This was the perfect place for our Okoboji stay. It was so beautiful and the perfect set up for our family of 6. It was very relaxing to sit on the deck and a very short walk to the water park. It was also such an easy place to get to and easy to get inside. We visit Okoboji every summer and will definitely stay again!

The condo was comfortable and the building was quiet! It is positioned close to popular spots -Arnold’s Amusement park and lots of local restaurants. The amenities on the resort were great, we used the gym, the pool & zip line. It was a great getaway! Also Cera was an excellent host, quick & clear communication!

Exceeded our expectations: comfy, spacious, and relaxing interior and great view of the lake from the balcony. We’ll be back!

We had a great time in this condo. It was a great space for a small extended family getaway with 5 adults and 2 kids. I wish we had more time to enjoy some of the other things in the Okoboji area!

Our host, Matt, made check in/check out instructions clear and concise. We really enjoyed our stay in Okoboji. This Airbnb was stunning and impeccably clean. The condo was right next to the lake and included breathtaking views of sunsets with boats passing by. Our host, Matt, was quick to respond to our messages. We would give Matt and this lakefront condo a 10 out of 10.
